Great Sepaq park. Rented one of their four chalets on a private beach. Find details on the site but nice little cabin with electricity and full bathroom. Beach is amazing, water is beautiful. Site has some hiking, biking and boating we didn't get to try.

Nice place for camping if you want to do a road trip around the Saint Jean Lake. Ideal place to stay because it's 15 min of everything's that you'll need for whatever you plan for. The campground was super clean and easy to access.

We rented cabins, both rustic and upgraded. I would recommend the lacside upgraded cabins as there is a shower and washroom within the cabin. Beautiful view...nice beach!

Generally ok. The campsites are private and well maintained, but there is no view of the lake whatsoever, from anywhere on the campground. The hiking trails are nice but a maze of interconnected atv trails and easy to get lost. The dog beach is very small and hard to find (edit oops this was a wild beach not the main dog beach see edit below). The main beach itself is amazing and free if you are a camper, but fenced off and locked unless there is staff there. In short, if you have a dog you're out of luck - you can't even sit on the grass area - you need to stay out in the parking lot. I can understand no dogs on the sand area, but why not allow a dog on a leash in the trees? Bizarre. We ended up using this as a base station to go to more interesting places.Edit: was a bit harsh and gave it an extra star. We found the main dog beach which is a bit bigger than the other one I found before and had a wonderful time with the kids and dog in the sand. I still wish our dog could at least just be on the grass/picnic area of the main beach but this was ok.

This park could be a Gem, Beach is amazing and the location is great. Have a few pet peeves on this Park Lac-Kenogami. No security at night and no check in pass 11pm, so therefore if you have kids and try to sleep, well good luck. You will have folks joining 6-7 cars on one lot to party all night long until 3AM. NO ONE to walk or make rounds to make sure that their laws are enforced (quiet hours pass 11. Two nights in a row parents had to yell to tell them to shut up and keep it quiet so their kids could sleep. One more note, whoever decided to design a campground with only 3 bathrooms stalls is insane. Had to drive to the beach to use the bathroom. Also the showers are horrible, you mind as well take it in the lake. It is very unfortunate, as i said. It could be a great park, but it’s missing the most critical key points to keep a campground sain. I will not recommend this Park (Campground) besides it’s beach. Hope this review will help some of you that have kids or infants, cause you will have a hard time keeping them to sleep.

Beautiful place for big family and friends. Chalet has electric heater, but still feeling cold in a windy day as there is no heater in each room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Has an issue with electronic, called and fixed immediately. Colour changed by different weather in one day. It’s amazing.

Camping cabine is very small, with 1 sofa bed and 2 storey beds. 1 fridge way too big for the size of the room. No coffee maker, No microwave, BBQ grill provided but you should bring your own propane tank. No broom or mop to clean daily, it was a rainy day and got messy inside. Lots of mosquitoes, hiking path nice but TONES of mosquitoes couldn't finished it.

Good place for kayaking, canoeing, paddle board, hiking, and beach. There are plenty of dogs, which you could see as a plus or minus. I found that the roads were not that great for biking. The place is also quite far from everything (30-40 minute drive).

If you are looking to unplug and enjoy the outside in the heart of nature, that's where you want to go. It's also a beautiful place to go star waching since you are far from any major city. The camping grounds are well isolated from the next ground allowing you for good privacy during your time there.
