I recently had a hot water tank and a high efficiency furnace installed and Phil is the best in the business. Not only is he an expert at what he does, but he is friendly and professional. Phil answered all of my questions, and due to the structure of my home, he provided options that were not based on charging more money. I highly recommend Phil and for sure, I am a repeat customer.

If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars, I would have done so. Phil installed an excellent AC system in our house. He is very skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and keeps his word. Had a problem with my residential air conditioning system that two other companies tried to resolve but were unsuccessful. Golden Ears Heating and Cooling (Phil) was recommended to me by a friend. So glad I called him!! Took the problem seriously, came over right away, solved it the first time and for a very reasonable cost to me. I was especially impressed that he mentors students studying the trade at BCIT. All around an incredible company. Highly recommend him and his crew!!
