I believed that my catalytic converter had been stolen off of my Explorer called to have it looked at. Colin immediately got me in to have a look, it wasn't the problem thankfully. I picked up my Explorer a couple of hours later and to my delight they had washed and vacuumed it :) at a time when it was clear how busy they are. This is above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you so much for your courteous service and quick service. I know how challenging it can be to do amazing work in any service department as I also work in a dealership. Absolute rock stars today!
