Extremely reliable and friendly service. The company really is customer focused and its evident in their communications, their follow ups and the work they do. The staff are knowledgeable and trustworthy. Staff are willing to explain work in great detail to help the customer be better informed. The reports are thorough and detailed including pictures and along with the pricing. The rates are fair and competitive, there are no unexpected surprises.

I called Rod during the hottest week of the year in a panic because my AC was leaking water all over. We never had AC before moving into this house 4 months ago and didn't know what to do. He knew what the issue was came over within the hour to fix it. We had a clogged hose (it was gross!) so the water couldn't drain properly. He showed us how to maintain it periodically and answered all our questions about our furnace and AC. He was professional, kind and thoughtful. I will be calling him again should we ever have any issues or need any work done in our home. Thanks Rod!
