I love this place!! The customer service is out of this world. Father and son business both so helpful and kind. My parents always went here when they were downtown and my parents always only had a good experience and amazing quality jewellery. I went in with my parents to get a birthday gift and they even wrapped my moms Christmas gift❤️ Will always be going here

Strongly recommend this shop to anyone in search of beautiful jewellery at a very reasonable price. I purchased a necklace for a anniversary gift and the two gentlemen working the counter were incredibly patient and helpful with me as I know nothing regarding jewellery. Easily 5 stars!

Very poor service. I had to pay extra for the mistake they made in sizing my finger and my ring. Brought in a ring size 6.5 they sized it to make it larger, came to pick up the ring in a week it was still 6.5 Dan remeasured saying it needs to be a 8.5. After waiting another week+ I come in and told it wasn’t their fault it was that my finger was a different size in a week??? What? He said I had to pay the $120 agreed upon amount plus I didn’t receive another ring I purchased they said ring was D/C so they didn’t offer another ring just said they’ll keep my money to pay for the 2nd ring fitting. My finger wasn’t the problem, jewellers not fitting my ring properly and quoting a price they didn’t honour. Extremely poor service, unethical and dishonest.

This is the only Jeweler I will go to for all my jewelry needs. The owner and his employees are honest, dependable and loyal. They know their products, great location and fantastic service. This is the only store in town that tells the truth about your item. If it needs a repair, they will be honest about it. I highly recommend Keighley's for all of your jewelry and gifts.

Very disappointed with a family business. U would think they would go the extra mile to make sure their customers were happy. Paid for a ring didn’t get the ring cause they took that Money because whoever sized the ring made a mistake. Then whoever they send the ring to they changed the colour of the band which should be white gold but now is such a yellow tinge to the ring. Didn’t want to say can we do something to make this right and I didn’t get my ring. Be careful at this place cause I would NOT recommend them
