clinic has a good reputation. but the problem is getting past the lazy rude front desk workers to get an appointment.tried calling a few times. tried sending emails.no response on emails. get hung up on while trying to leave a voicemail or they just don't call back.seriously? whats going on?reading the other reviews now it makes sense..if this clinic doesn't want business then they should remove themselves from the list of operating clinics. maybe they have too much business and don't need new clients? or maybe just the front desk workers are too lazy to care about doing their job?whatever the reason. i shouldn't have to chase your clinic down for a appointment. if your not taking new customers or booking appointments just say it in your voicemail message or reply back in your emails saying your fully booked.? is it that hard?

Very clean and I felt safe during covid time visit. The ultrasound specialist was very friendly. Only downside is they don't support online result sharing like pockethealth and there is no way to get a copy of your results from the clinic. For people like me this is not good. I would have given 5 stars if they had a way of sharing a copy of results with patients.

Worst experience I ever had!I scheduled appointment through my family doctor and advised the clinic that I had traveled from abroad, but when I arrived to the clinic I was refused to do ultrasound because technician was “afraid” and as I was told by manager “ had right to refused to see me” even though I’m 37 weeks pregnant.For sure my health card was scanned before I was refused to do ultrasound. Even I, and my family doctor told them ahead that i had being traveling past 14 days, manager accused me that I had withheld that information before.I do understand that technician might got afraid, but they should have canceled appointment before charging OHIP for visit. But can we except from clinic where the staff does not know what hypocrite oat is. Literally when I said that did not the technician gave a hypocrite oat, the staff member asked me what was that!My advise : stay away from the clinic because they don’t care about people’s well-being

I have visited this office a number of times for blood tests and ultrasounds. Great service and easy to make an appointment. Very clean facility and taking proper covid safe measures. Quick and pleasant front desk staff. The Lab technician is very nice and gentle with the blood draw. The ultrasound technician is amazing, very professional and caring. She did not rush and was very thorough and made my experience very comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

These ladies at the front desk- have a very bad attitude towards patients. Is the management aware of what is happening at this clinic? This needs to be rectified. They treat patients in an extremely rude manner. Where is this coming from? Why is this being allowed. Whether on the phone or in person- you see and gear the way clients are spoken. There is a minimum willingness to help, there is laziness to get up from their chairs… these admin ladies are doing a favour to you that they are booking you. They take their time to do their personal stuff during working hours, drink tea, manage private conversations between them, but at the same time tell their patients that they are super busy and overwhelmed. They have their own comfort zone there… who is the manager of this place?

I feel bad for some of the technicians who work there and this review has nothing to do with them. When you work in the healthcare industry you should show some empathy and at the very least should not be rude. I watched the woman at the front desk be incredibly rude and arrogant to many patients including myself. Her tone and attitude was awful. They’re very argumentative and her mask is sitting below her nose yet she has no problem giving others a hard time about not wearing properly. I’m writing out of frustration and to warn others. I’m currently watching another patient be given a hard time and another patient next to me is beside herself. If they changed the admin staff perhaps things would improve.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Front desk ladies are disrespectful.. I called the office 5 times when they were open throughout 2 weeks and I always went to voicemail. The voicemail says X-RAYS WALK IN. when we walked in they said only appointments.. Wasted our time to come in if walk-in isn’t even available at least change the voice message or at least pick up your phone so clients can “BOOK AN APPOINTMENT”…..

I called twice on two different days and both no answer, went through voice instructions. The instructions made it clear that no appointment needed for X-ray and the days and hours patients could go. So we went last Friday morning. Again no receptionist, some blood work lady told us that they only do X-ray on Wednesdays by appointment and the nearest available spot would be in October. What a waste of time and frustrating place this is!
