The Party Warehouse
The store is located on a plaza so there is plenty of parking plus you get a few extra amenities from the other shops. The store itself was not very well stocked as it had a few empty walls. The few available items were substantially above of what I would normally expect to pay elsewhere. In most instances, the items found here are available at the dollar stores so look there first and save some cash. As for variety, there was not much so if you are looking for an off-season item/theme, you will not find it here. Overall, I will not be shopping here again.

I had a fantastic experience at the party warehouse . Never had such great customer service before. I had no clue what I was looking for when I planed to host a 50th bday party for my mom. Great help from Tina made all the difference. Thanks so much! Would recommend this store for all your future party planning!

Was picking up balloons on Saturday..for a celebration of life..ordered couple days before..for 12o'clock..got there at twelve thirty and lady had just started to blow up first balloon...said was making sure we're fresh???20. 30 minutes later had balloons..walked out of store one balloon just popped..was not all put into a bag..was not replaced.We were in charge of picking balloons up and was late getting to service and yes you can say so what..but people already are stressed at times like this..3 people working..not buzy and no other person help her...just care about what you are doing .you don't know what other have going on in their lives

Shopping at Party Warehouse this past weekend was the best customer service I honestly have ever experienced. I do not leave Google Reviews often, but the staff were so friendly and helpful I feel compelled to make this review. Would absolutely recommend this store to anyone planning a party and in need of supplies!

Went today with my 2 kids to look and get a costume, 2 employees were super rude and unprofessional one lady asked us if we need help we said no but thanks. She continued to stand around and everything we touched and put back she went and touched it like we put it back wrong. Following us for 5min. Then another lady tried to blame my kids for tags being ripped off stuff they didn't even touch and then continue to follow us and make my kids ask why is she following us. Never going there again and people should avoid the place.

Don't waste your time like I just did. After picking out what i wanted, the cashier could not find the price in the NEW" system. She then says "how does $12.99 sound?"No thank you

The Party Warehouse has a lot of selection and a lot of great deals on things. Balloons were about the same price as the chain party stores. I've been in here a few times and have made purchases every time - there is something for every type of party. I would have given a better review if the service were up to par with the products. Each time I've been in... I'm never greeted... the employees are in a cluster talking and seem not to notice their customers until after you are in the store for about 20 minutes. When getting balloons for a party, I sensed that the girl working there did not want to be there - when told that she had a customer, she said pretty audibly oh great..." and rolled her eyes. I want to shop local but its tough to do when they don't seem to value their customers... again.. products are great but don't expect a lot of help or good service."

I like that there is a wide variety of items including greeting cards, balloons, party supplies and theatrical/event items. The catering section has a variety of containers, foil trays and disposables that are great for one time use at home. I always get my balloons here as their quality is amazing- they last for weeks. They also customize by bouquets so they are ready to go.
