They waited 6 hours to resend a failed clearance and as such my paperwork that was sent to them at 11 am didn’t get cleared until 3 am the next day. Would give zero stars to this company if the option was available.

Although the process of clearing. PARS is extremely slow once I contacted Them I found 2 extraordinary Nice and Professional People ,who resolved The Isuse in an efficient and timely manner!I want to Thank in this way those 2 People for their Professional and prompt response to resolve the issueTheir Names:Vicky (after hours answering the calls),and Dylan from after Hours Windsor Team!They were extremely helpful in resolving a PARS clearance!
