I got my vehicle about 3 weeks ago now. Got to say I'm happy and not happy about their service. Went to go get my 2 recalls on the vehicle I got fixed, and the dealership I went to told me there's work that has to be done on it now. I wasn't told that there was work to be done on it before I got it, if there was I wouldn't got the vehicle.So I will say I'm not happy.

I have bought many vehicles over the years from Sandra at Magma motors … I would not go to anyone else. Every time I have come in or called Sandra and her staff have been nothing but helpful. They always seem to be able to find the vehicle I want and get it done for me.

I have gotten two vehicles and a camper from Magma Motors.I absolutely love my work horse of a SUV and my adorable camper. I'm more than happy with how transparent Sandra was to help me and understand what I was getting myself into.If i could give y'all a million stars, I would.

These guys are awesome..! The owner attends all the matters personally. Got some issues with the car in the first few days but the dealership stepped in, ordered the required parts and fixed them without charging anything. Charlene and Sandra made the whole process really smooth.

I have financed MANY vehicles from Magma. Sandra has gone above and beyond to help me. I have awful credit. And a bunch of debt. But she still managed to get me a beautiful vehicle that has been Reliable and enjoyable.Evan is also super awesome! He was great company while test driving and switching up my plates and registration before driving away. He also made sure to give us a ride to and from the dealership instead of wasting money on cabs. I wouldnt go anywhere but Magma. ♡ thank you for taking such pride in the work you do. Im new to canada and i've been searching a car with so many dealers but never have a chance to get any approvals. But then i see magmotors and try if will work then here it is i finally got approved and now have my car with the help of the hardworking staff which are very great people they are doing excellent service and yeah i highly recommend to all of you guys to go and check magma motors if u need fast approval,awesome service etc.

I have never had a more wonderful and fulfilling experience buying a car. Sandra is a very special person. We are an elderly couple, and due to the crash in the oil and gas industry I was forced to retire early with all my savings and investments gone. We needed help financing a vehicle. Sandra said she would have no problem helping us. After we found the vehicle we needed we were approved in two hrs.
