WOW! WOW! WOW! This business is amazing. Especially Ana the manager !! I ordered my pool online after significant research , Discount Pool Supplies was without a doubt the best price around, especially with free shipping, it makes all the difference. After completing my order they held my order ready to ship for 3 months no extra charge! Once I had the shipment delivered , it was prompt easy and 100% complete. I started the installation, and despite everythign having gone relatively smoothly , I had added about 2 ft of water to the pool , and noticed that the liner had split on the seam in the pool. I was thinking uh oh! but I contacted Ana at Discount Pools Supplies, and she said straight away that the liner was defective unfortunately and had to be fully replaced... she gave the choices of design, and had a new liner sent out express, I received it 3 days later!! NO CHARGE! unfortunately I had some difficulty getting the new liner installed, and asked Ana for some tips, she sent out a long email with multiple tips and advice, and without even being suggested she offered to send out a new liner if everything else failed... I have rarely if EVER dealt with a company that was so forth coming with their correspondence, and most importantly the compassion to the customer and their willingness to go way above and beyond to help is in my opinion unapparelled. I would recommend Discount Pool Supplies to ANYONE! You will not be disappointed.

Nice employees. Picked up my in store order here. Was pretty simple. Go in from the back. Like loading docks or side door.

10/10 experience ordering a 21’ foot round package with salt water conversion kit. Customer service with my numerous questions were answered promptly and professionally. I had a very small manufacturers defect, in which I was able to arrange an exchange within 24hrs. Swapnil was a pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommended Discount Pool Supply!

From the first online message to swift delivery of my entire order, this company has exceeded all of my expectations!.This was my first order with Discount Pool Supply and I was nothing short from impressed. I was tired of being over charged from my previous regular pool supplier and I wanted to support a local buisness directly, instead of paying the online sell all " superstore that takes too much money from each purchase acting as a middleman. I would much rather see local buisness grow these days and as an added bonus Discount Pool Supply's prices were competitive and even CHEAPER than the "sell all" superstore. From going online on a Saturday morning to order my new pool heater and arrive in my drive 3 days later ,everything was so easy the info on the web page and the help from Ana, and the very nice guys that delivered it. I have been using Discount Pool Supply for a long time and would recommend them to anyone.Keith

Edit:Customer Service reached out to me and explained where the delay was and that my product will ship today. Only revised to 4 stars because of how hard it was to reach someone to talk to and that I was contacted after posting the review.I’m unfortunately having the same experience as all the other negative reviews on here. I’ve ordered a pump, received a confirmation which has been sitting for several days without a shipping confirmation.I’ve contacted customer support but of course the multiple times I’ve called no one is there to answer.$1500 is a lot of money to be out with nothing to show for. I’m very disappointed in the quality of service from this Canadian owned and operated company.

I am compelled to leave a message regarding the high level of customer service that I have received. I purchased a heater and it was processed and delivered on time. In fact it was ahead of schedule. I discovered I needed some additional parts but unfortunately due to supply shortages from the manufacturer, they are not currently available. I searched widely for the parts and with no luck returned to Discount Pools for assistance. I have been dealing with Ana from the customer service unit and she has been amazing. To be honest, in this day and age, it’s the first time in a long time that I feel that someone has been going out of their way to help. She has been working hard trying to locate the parts and is extremely responsive. I really appreciate all her efforts and is why I felt compelled to leave this review. You care about your clients and what you do. Thank you so much Ana!

Over the weekend I had an awesome experience dealing with Mitchell at Discount Pool Supply. I had numerous questions about a salt cell generator and also solar blankets. Mitchell answered all my questions by email in an extremely timely manner, even in the evening on a weekend. Service like this is very difficult to find in a company these days. Great customer experience ! It was my first purchase with Discount Pool Supply, I paid 400$ less for my cleaning robot than my local pool store! The transaction was easy, the agent whom I spoke to on the phone answered all my questions, the product got shipped the next day and arrived within 3 days (Ottawa, Canada).The day after the purchase I notice a new promotion 100$OFF on cleaning robots, I wrote to them and they kindly honored it and refunded 100$.I will buy from them again for sure, I'm already browsing their winter covers.
