Dan Ferguson did our inspection. He was VERY thorough and professional. He took his time to explain everything he found in detail and explained it clearly and precisely. He gave us a binder to keep our house records and documents in which my husband and I really find useful. I would recommend him 100% especially to new home owners.

Dan was really great to work with. He was exceptionally thorough and knowledgeable, and really showed care in his work as an inspector. He was very kind and answered all of our questions, even offering to give advice in the future if we needed it. Dan also did a radon test on the house, and got us the results earlier than expected. He was full of advice and referrals. The best we could have hoped for!

Dan is extremely professional and honest. He has vast knowledge about home inspection and is willing to answer your questions. Overall satisfied with the inspection and report provided by Dan. I got 2 inspections for the same property each of them mentioned common problems but, Dan had a critical eye which makes him a better choice compared to others. Realtors don't prefer him as he is very honest with his inspection but, my suggestion would be go with him as he will tell you about all the problems and possible fixes which will help you in the long run. No one wants to end up buying crap.

He went above and beyond to explain issues with the home, sometimes more than once, and provided tips to help maintain the home moving forward. If you want my advice, do not use Mr Dan Ferguson service. He mist a lot of important spot like windows, roofing, smell under the kitchen sink. Because of Covid we needed to rely on him for the inspection since we were not allowed to come and go has we please in the NB Province back in June 2021.

With this day and age of COVID and not being able to come see the house in person Dan was awesome to deal with. He was very the thorough with the home inspection and sent us a very detailed report with pictures and spend time on the phone explaining the report to me and put my worries to rest. Highly recommend this company

Dan Ferguson was very thorough with the inspection performed. He was able to identify very key items that helped my wife and I make a decision that was in our best interest.Dan was also very genuine and easy to work with.I appreciated his approach in detailing the important points of his inspection but he also took the time to point out small items such as minimal electrical outlets in this space" which down the road may have been a nuisance. Not really a problem...but something in the end that may have cost me additional expense.Thanks Dan...great working with you."
