Love my wire brushed wide plank white oak floors. This product is not like the floors one usually sees, short pieces, with a shinny finish that doesn’t always look like actual wood.Jeannine at Woodys provided stellar customer service, and not just to get my order. The follow up customer service has also been great. She worked with me to determine which flooring would suit my home, taste and budget. She has also followed up to make sure I’m happy with the final product. Jesse did a fantastic job on the install. He was very meticulous, and respected my home during the process. His follow up has been great as well. I found a nick in one board a few days after install was complete and he came over right away to replace it.I would definitely recommend Woodys to anyone who is looking for a beautiful quality product and excellent customer service, both before and after.
