Mind Revitalized
I use the texting service. I really like that because I don't always like talking on the phone. There's a few other options too that people can choose from and I like that too.I can text anytime and anywhere, which is nice. She answers quickly and gives great support. I like that it's not a friend or family. It's someone from the outside who tells me the truth and not just what I want to hear.

Mind Revitalized
Just overall great experience with Natalie. Very genuine and has everything set up so she can hone in on my issues. She's a care taker and I felt taken care of.I opted for the texting option too. I really liked it because I can just pull my phone out and contact her in the moment and don't have to wait for an appointment.
