We ordered two face cords of fire wood (1 hard, 1 soft). Delivered without issue. Nice and efficient. Product was seasoned (dry). Shelly and her gang are approachable, laid-back and easy going. I really like them. We'll be returning customers. The picture is what the wood looked like after we piled it (less a couple of armfuls).

Nice to see a company owning up for their mistake, mistakes happen to every business now and again I'm sure, they handled this very well.---------------------------------------------------------Original reviewCalled them 3 days ago asking for a quote on 2 10 yard truckloads of wood chips.On the first day the lady who answered the phone said she'd call me back with a quote as soon as the person who does that got in.Never heard back so the next day I called again, same lady, no apology offered, said she'd call me back with the quote right away.Now it's day 3 and no call.

1 star isn't even worth it - sent Shelley an email May 3rd to see if she could help out with enough lumber to build a small fence at a trailer for a special needs dog - she said sure

Millgrove was ok. Was a little disappointed that no yard guys knew pricing and the person who did ran out for a minute. Waited almost an hour for her to come back. Lumber is air dried because there is no kiln. Only dry wood is brought in from outside source. Live edge is a little pricey for coming from a mill""
