From our first day the assistant that helped us was not patient friendly. She threw the pouch that they get after braces are applied onto my daughters lap and didn't explain anything. I had to call and ask some questions. Other visits were not a happy time either and I told my daughter she must of been having a bad day as she would say she was grumpy. Well, today was the last straw when we walk out and my daughter is in tears. The assistant made some kind of comment that made her feel bad right from the beginning, and then she would throw around her tools and slam them down when she was done with them, as well as be tugging at her mouth and not gentle at all. Whatever she was trying to do in my daughters mouth was hurting her so wonder if took a couple times. I went in and said never again! How rude! Learn some manners please, leave your bad mood at home. Some of the staff are kind and helpful, if they want all smiles they need to weed out the grumpy ones!

I have had nothing but poor experience since starting my Invisalign treatment with the red deer offices. I found right from the start they are very unorganized with booking apt. I have sat waiting to get into a needed apt a few times now putting me behind. I am now done with my last tray set and have to wait 2 months for my attachments to come off. Would not recommend going through them . If you can go through your dentist or I different orthodontist I would highly recommend doing that!!

I am an adult with Invisalign braces. I love the staff here. Dr Leigh is amazing. Natalie. Amazing. Ashley is also one of the best dental assistants I have had. Recommend De Leigh no question!!

Honestly, If I could give doc braces 10 stars I would! Natalie, Dr.Natasha and Dr.Leigh have all been nothing short of amazing every time I have gone in. I had to transfer my Orthodontic services from Ottawa to Doc Braces after moving across the country, and my previous clinic (not Doc Braces affiliated) did not make the transition particularly easy. The level of patience, professionalism, kindness and just overall amazingness of the team at doc braces made a really stressful situation so much easier. Every appointment I have with them is pleasant, and I always leave smiling and so happy with everything. I never feel like just a number or a patient as I have felt at previous orthodontic offices. I honestly couldn't recommend Doc Braces enough, my only regret is that I hadn't moved sooner and started my treatment with them! I am beyond happy and excited to be completing my braces journey with them!

Both of my kids go here. They aren't pushy about getting braces too soon or trying to upsell. The staff are all very kind, gentle and professional.My oldest son had a bracket pop off from something he ate and they got us in very quickly to fix it.

I was so happy when Doc Braces took over during my treatment period. They were so nice, professional and accommodating. Dr. Natasha and her staff are friendly, warm, and honest. My teeth are just perfect for me. Highly recommend coming here for your teeth aligning needs and services if your in the Red Deer and surrounding area. You are left in very good hands and can trust the process.

After years of contemplating ortho I finally pulled the pin. I am very happy with the care received from this clinic.They really take their time explaining procedure to clients and include you every step of the way. The office is super clean and inviting. Dr. Natasha is amazing! The staff are friendly and attentive. Rachel and Ashley always went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable at my appointments. Would highly recommend docbraces!!

Big shout out to Natalie and the staff at Doc Braces. You were amazing at helping me out with our families invisaligns for myself and our son as well as taking great care of our daughter with her braces. We would recommend Doc Braces and their friendly staff
