Such a garbage company. I Ordered an expensive flower like 300 dollars for valentine's day 3 days in advance. But nothing was delivered on valentines day. We waited until 7 pm and i had to call them which took like 1 hour. Some guy picked up and told me that the flower shop is closed and there is nothing they can do. WOW you wouldn't want to see how angry i was i would punch at their CEO's face if he was standing at the front of me.

Ordered flowers for Valentines. Never delivered. I called and was told that that everything is on time. Spent over an hour waiting for someone to take my call. No response. Sent 2 emails and only got a response the next day. Avoid this company at all costs. Below is the email I got back the next day. They did not respond to my next email either and did nothing to help make up for ruining Valentines for me.

I am extremely disappointed with Teleflora! Their website claims they do Same Day Delivery but its a lie (false advertising). Only after I placed a $60 floral order to be delivered today, did I get an email 3 hours later telling me that they aren't able to deliver it. They provided me with a phone number to call and when I did, they told me they no longer do Same Day Delivery. Why still have it on your website??? I can't wait another 24 hours for it to be delivered, it's an anniversary gift!

Zero stars. Ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my wife, did not get delivered the day before, the day of or the day after, even after calling CS twice and being told that they would be. 3rd time I called trying to get a refund I didn't even get an apology. Ridiculous.

Happy with my experience. They delivered before 1pm and had no problem finding my parents hidden house on a county road. Would recommend.Both bouquets had to be purchased as premium due to the location minimum charge.

Pretty shameful that yet another flower company doesn't understand how to treat paying customers. First I had to dump Canada Flowers, now Teleflora gets added to the list. After orders of over $1000, they are trying to deny points from orders that clearly show up on their system. Really? You're not the only flower game in town guys... NEXT!

I ordered a deluxe bouquet and when it arrived to the recipient is was nothing like the picture. I understand about substitutions but really the only similarity between the picture on the site and what was sent was the vase. Absolutely do not recommend.

Such a headache. ASK TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR IF YOU AREN'T PLEASED. THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF IN BOTH THE STYLE AND COST OF THE FLOWERS.I placed an order for mother's day and the flowers were delivered 2 days early(which the site stated was a possibility during busy times to ensure all deliveries are completed). However, the arrangement that was delivered looked NOTHING like what I ordered. My order was a beautiful arrangement of mostly blush pink, white, with some greenery, as those are my mother's favourite arrangements. What I received was red, purple, green, and yellow with a bright red bow. I ordered a wide, overflowing arrangement and received a round bouquet. My order had a variety of more expensive flowers; I even paid extra for the deluxe version, and I received flowers that would cost $30 if I did it myself. I spoke with the florist and they told me directly that they initially declined the order from Teleflora because they didn't have ANY of the flowers in stock, but then Teleflora advised them to create thier own personal arrangement with whatever they had!!! I asked the delivery driver to take the flowers back, but he told me to keep them, and Teleflora will give me a refund. When I called customer service, the first lady told me there is a note saying I approved a florist's choice" arrangement

I wish I would have read these reviews before going through Teleflora but I trusted CAA as they have this company listed as a partner in which you can accumulate points from so I ordered flowers for My daughters Birthday to be delivered to her workplace. Ordering website was easy enough and said the flowers would arrive by 1:00pm. 2:30 still no flowers. I had to hunt for a number and after a lot of rigmarole I finally got a live person. They told me delivery would be by the end of the day…. No time provided. The person I spoke with was reading from a script on how to apologize, she refused to give me the number of the florist. I wanted the number so I could pick them up and deliver them myself as I was afraid the office would be closed when they finally got there. I demanded to speak with the supervisor and after another 30 min call she gave me the number. When I called the florist, who was a lovely lady, she told me her flower shop was 50km from where the delivery address is. She is doing her best to have them delivered before the office closes but couldn’t guarantee anything.The florist told me that the Teleflora orders they receive come from California and whenever they receive an order there is always a complaint because their ordering website is not in sync with what really happens.Do yourself a huge favour when ordering flowers. Call your local florist do NOT use this company regardless of their discounts.

AVOID TELEFLORA AT ALL COSTS!!!(Feb 15, 2019 morning) I ordered flowers on Jan 30, for a Feb 14 (Valentine's Day) delivery. The flowers were a no-show. This company came recommended to me through Perkopolis, who I thought I could trust. I'm so disappointed to come to this site, to see how many others who have had such a bad experience with them. The customer service at Teleflora is also non-existent, as I've been on the phone for more than 50 minutes, waiting for an agent. Now I need to figure out how to deal with them, as Teleflora has taken my money, but hasn't delivered anything. Avoid Teleflora at all costs!Update 1 (Feb 15, 2019 afternoon): After waiting for 2 hours on the phone over 2 separate calls (the wait was 1 hour each), I was told that the flowers were delivered at 2 different times. After I told them that we've checked all day yesterday and today, that we never received any flowers, I requested a refund. The first agent on the first call told me to wait 1 hour while they investigate. After that 1 hour, I called again, waited for another hour, and the second agent agreed to process the refund. After requesting an e-mail confirmation, I did receive that. Now I have to wait 2-10 days to process the refund.Update 2 (Feb 20, 2019):-I received an e-mail confirmation on Feb 15 (Robert) that my order was cancelled, and the phone agent said that I would be refunded in 2-10 business days.-Teleflora e-mail me on Feb 16 (no name given), to try and say that they delivered the flowers. I checked again, and the recipient, shipping department and reception, and nothing was received (3rd time I've told them).-Teleflora e-mails me on Feb 19 (Dee F.) to say that they received confirmation that the delivery was made. Once again, I tell them that I never received anything (fourth time I've told them).-I e-mail Teleflora on Feb Feb 19 to ask them if my confirmation of cancellation on Feb 15 will still be processed for a full refund. Teleflora tells me on Feb 20 (Allen P) that they received a confirmation that they delivered the package. Although I'd like to repeat to them for a fifth time that we never received anything, I think this is a dead end.Update 3 (Feb 20, 2019):-After having Teleflora dispute the delivery with me, it seemed useless trying to communicate with them any further.-In the meantime, I've contacted my credit card company to dispute my charge with Teleflora.-I've also logged a complaint with the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services from the Ontario Government.
