Julian and Howie were awesome! To be fair I was in about 3 or 4 years ago and I can't remember who it was that helped me then but it was the same awesome service then too. I know they deal with a lot of bigger clients that buy a lot more than I do but even though I just needed a one off bolt all three times they took the time and treated me like their most important client. Found me what I needed and ALWAYS have had what I needed. Thank you RDF!

Large volume of quality stock was easily accessible and instead of waiting at a counter for warehouse person to look up inventory I was able to pick what I wanted at display , the owner or manager was exceptional would 6 stars ,

Great place to deal with.. very accommodating and fantastic prices, especially on Milwaukee. If they can’t get it they let u know- no run around. Ask for the manager- great guy.

The gentleman there was very helpful but I gotta ding them for not having the inventory up to date on the website, wasted a trip there for something they didn’t have but their site stated they had 4 on hand

RDF is awesome! Jim is so knowledgeable about all things tools and fasteners, he goes out of his way to help me find things and gives the best prices (even if it't not something RDF carries!) . He is out here at my office once a week, taking repairs, and bringing them back, if I make an order during the day, and am unable to pick it up, someone will drop it off! I enjoy going into the store, the staff are very friendly, even when they have a line up of customers and orders coming in left right and center. If you have any equipment/fastener needs, this is definitely the place to go!
