Love throwing my hard earned cash into my community. You can tell that these guys care about their store and the people they serve. I know it’s very trying at times... especially with rude and obnoxious customers... but you’ve always kept a smile! Thanks for the great FAST service! Hey people...stay away from our Home Hardware! This ones ours! We know, we know... you’re jealous! :)

Love that we have this hardware store in Lively. Staff has always been very helpful and friendly. I think they have as many employees to help people at any given time as the big chain stores that are 10x the size. You can find staff in seconds here and everybody seems genuinely interested in helping.

Two visit to this store and two great Customer Service experiences! The other day was the lady on the paint service and today Leo on the plumbing. Very helpful and friendly people. Thank you for the great work you do.

First off, i would give this store a 0 star if it let me. Staff and owner like to discriminate people. They need to learn what laws are and clearly don't care about people's disabilities. Very disappointed in this store and i won't ever be shopping there again. I hope others do the same.

I love this store. There has never been a time where I am not greeted with a smile. The floor staff are excellent at asking if I need help. Stores like this make a community better.

The staff at Walden Home Hardware were extremely helpful and quick to fill my order. They went inside more than once to add things to my order and practiced great distancing and professionalism. Thank you for your service. We are lucky to have people like this in our community.

Megan in the gift shop is amazing. I needed a gift basket for a friend. Normally I would have to give here notice to make it. She made me a beautiful basket in 1/2 an hour. I would recommend Megan for any of your gift ideas as she was pleasant to deal with and very professional.
