The site does not tell you in advance that you have to get the documents ligaly notarized after.. not sure if it is you or the witnesses have to do it.. I am still in that process.. this really sucks. Also, I could not write my list of assets or life insurance or pension stuff. Will have to check again.

Creating my will on Willful was easy, quick and painless! Questions guided me through the simple process and before I knew it, I was done. I like the fact that updating my documents in the future is included in the price. I also called Willful and spoke to Rogan, who made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. Rogan answered my questions and followed up with an email. Great service! I highly recommend Willful!

Update:Now that I've had an account at Wilful, I'm getting really nice value add in the form of useful information on how to manage the documents already created. They've also made changes to provide greater flexibility when completing the forms. I'll also give them credit for following up on my previous rating and having a serious discussion.Original review:Love the concept itself and the Ux of the app is pretty good as well.Having said that, while they included some helpful explanations, they didn’t take a plain language approach to the wording in the documents. If as they correctly advise, don’t sign the documents without fully understanding what they say, you’d need to be a lawyer to sign.Makes me wonder how many buy and complete the documents, only to turn back to a lawyer for help.

Very easy to use, great user interface that is mobile phone optimized, and a quick response to my questions with genuinely helpful answers (no generic corporate, copypaste, CYA type answers). My mother and I built our wills in less than 30 mins. I highly recommend Willful!

I wanted to love this service...but I don't.PROS: The process was simple and easy to do. We created our wills, enduring powers of attorney and enhanced representation agreements.CONS: If you live in a province where Notaries have the power to draft documentation and therefore more liability in terms of what they notarize THEY WILL NOT NOTARIZE THE ENDURING POWER OF ATTORNEY documentation. Even with the support and workaround Willful provided (having the Notary notarize the Statutory Declarations for the Power of Attorney and not the document itself) we were not able to get our documents notarized and the notary even said because we own property the land title office would not accept it because of 'missing language', hence rendering the Power of Attorney ineffective.It was still worth the value to have our Wills and Enhanced Representation agreements done but the Enduring Powers of Attorney are not valid and poor advice was provided by Willful on this matter.

This was the easiest ever. The wizard was super straight forward and so easy to use. I liked the helpful hints and advice along the way. 10 mins later and I was printing my documents, I could not be more happy with my experience, it was amazing.

Wow!! I have been meaning to write my will since covid, I am so glad Allstate referred me to this site. It was so easy, so user friendly and took less than 20 minutes. The cost was fantastic! If you need a simple will don't hesitate to use this site. I will be encouraging others to use this site. A big thank you!!

Great service and so easy to use. We'd been putting this off of for so long because we didn't know how to get to a lawyer when we didn't have someone to watch our kids. But this we were able to do at home and that made it so much better. Thank you
