Golf Town

Kanata location is awesome. Big store fairly organized. Bought items, repaired a club, got fitted and information. Dealt with Rosario from their team. He was amazing if you need any up to date information.

I had a great experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Had an issue with a Callaway 3 wood and John looked after me. My appreciation to John, Golftown and Callaway for their customer service. All 3 are top notch! Will be back!

Went for a driver fitting, the sim was awesome and it was extremely obvious when the pro narrowed down to the perfect flex for me. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and very easy process from booking to finish!

As I reported 8 years place does not cater to women. I wanted to re grip my wifes clubs, but while they have many varieties for men, the only colour for women was pink.

I learned in years of dealing with companies, you find out how really good or bad they are , when you have a problem , and golf town in Kanata, Ontario, is fantastic , I dealt with John and Jack there and the were great they listen and cared for what I was saying and took great care of me and fixed my problem would highly recommend going there to anyone , and will get all my stuff there from know on .

Was looking for a left hand putter, limited options available for LH, but was able to find something

Had a fitting issues taken care of by Jake and John, they both went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Great service and I definitely recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. Went on demo day and the staff was still very friendly with the amount of people shopping. Selection of demo clubs could have been better but overall great store and I will be back!

Went there today with my son to purchase a Sunday bag. Midway to the bag section, my son saw a hat he liked and while trying on, one of their staff approached him and told him he needed to leave his backpack at the front desk. Looks like bags or backpack are not allowed.My son has his personal belongings and electronics in his backpack.So basically, they did not trust us to be at the store and they wanted us to trust them with our personal belongings; left behind the front counter and unattended.We picked up the Sunday bag while one of us waited at the counter and left. The whole experience was rather awkward. They really think we can just trust them leaving our belongings with them like that.To make matter worse, while paying, I noticed the price for the bag was not 25% off we saw online. They said they’ll have to do a price match. O well, I guess store and online are separate entities now. But this is nothing compared to the feeling of mistrust and disgust over a backpack.
