We've mostly had great experiences there. We have shopped there a lot over the yrs. The customer service is great. We wish they had good selections on sofas, sofa beds, we've been trying to get a nice sofa bed for yrs. We have a lot of really nice Union Jack items from them, furniture, and a lot of beautiful things for our backyard. The 2nd pic is a gorgeous vanity and gorgeous pink fluffy stool and rug.

Was in the store this afternoon and even though it was pretty busy, everyone working was attentive and nice! I didn’t walk past one employee who didn’t say hi to me as I walked past. Which is rare to find in stores. I ended up getting help from Taylor and she was so pleasant and helpful in finding me what I was looking for. Was my first time shopping there and I will be a forever customer now!

I just want to say Tyler who o think is assist manager customer service is absolutely amazing he spent time with my daughter and I reviewing beds and dressers and it was absolutely refreshing as we had been in many stores that day and no one cared that we were even there great job Jsyk Barrie all the staff in the store that day were truly amazing

In the store now. The only staff member in here completely ignored me when walking in, around, and out of the store; even though I am the only customer in the store. Walked around for almost 30 mins and passed her a few times; did not acknowledged me or ask if I needed help. Had her face in her phone almost the whole time. Ended up getting a pole to retrieve something on a top shelf myself. Unprofessional, no wonder why no one is in here. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely fabulous service. I went to purchase something and the sale had ended. I asked a member of staff if I had missed the sale and they said , no problem, we will honor the price from the previous week. Then, they also gave me money off a stool I purchased because it wa going on sale the following week. Then, they carried my items to my car!! Very friendly staff, I was so impressed. THANKYOU so much
