Breton Toyota

After a recent dealing with our “local” dealership Breton Toyota we were turned away by the sales team on our interest of purchasing a 2022 Corolla Cross. Basically staying good luck getting one of them and there’s a long list ahead of you not even allowing us to leave our name or number to purchase. After shopping around the province we have our vehicle now on order arriving in the next 3-4 months, hard to keep business on Cape Breton when the local dealer refuses to work for you

Service manager, Bruce, is the rudest employee there hands down. Bought a certified" used vehiclle and am more than displeased.Front Staff were unhelpful

Jamie B was fanatic to deal with. Personal, friendly, and got me into a better car for less money than I expected

My husband and I were very hesitant to buy a new RAV 4 because of past experiences with high pressure salespeople . We were very fortunate to deal with Jim Quirk. He is very knowledgeable of the product he sells and is very patient and thorough. We weren't pressured to buy at any time. Jim found us exactly what we wanted. He was only a phone call away when yet another question popped into our heads. We never thought buying a new vehicle would be so painless. If you are in the market call Breton Toyota and ask for Jim Quirk. You won't regret it!

I'd give this zero stars if I could. I was here today Oct.12.2022 with 25 thousand in my purse. Not 1 worker offered to come help me or service me. Also made me feel like a punk for not coming out to open the cars for me and no one approached me. The so called sales man unlocked 2 cars for me from the building! He did not even step 5 feet outside to assist me. I had to keep going back and forth from the lot back into the building. No one left a business card with me and I will not be coming back to a place that does not appreciate my business! i give everyone benefit of the doubt but this was by far the worst dealership I have come across in my life this. I had serious money ready to make a serious purchase and these workers abandoned this potential customer! the Sale's Workers do not seem to be motivated to make sales. No wonder china will be the #1 country in the world in 2050 bc china is more serious about business! This company is not.. The lot was already close to being empty and I was ready to take a car off the lot today.. Too bad this dealership lost out on a good chunk of cash today! business must already be slow with the lack of availability for cars and 1 year waiting list for a car to be ordered.. Note to buyers, go see Adam Shivanette at KIA Macdonalds just down the road from here, He cares about his customers.P.s I was at a yard sale today by the side of the highway and they provided better service!

August 25, 2020, I purchased a used (2018) vehicle from Breton Toyota. I was amazed by how well, I was treated!All staff that I encountered were extremely, helpful, and friendly! Traditional customer service appears to mean something within this organization.I highly recommend Breton Toyota, as a client centered dealership!

Took my car in to get winter tires on and a checkup and was offered a shuttle service to wherever I wanted to go. I declined the service and stayed there. The showroom and bathroom were spotless and all staff were wearing masks. My car was returned to me in a reasonable time, they also replaced a sensor that was on recall, and it was sparkling clean!!

Great service, but under staff and very low on inventory.

Unbelievable RIP OFF!! Was charged $2000 plus for a new clutch that wasn't changed from the original. Then treated horribly that we shouldn't have come to them in the first placeJust AWFUL

The staff at Breton Toyota were SO helpful to me recently when I needed a new car. They explained my options, helped me pick the best car and pricing options for my needs and situation, and made a potentially stressful situation almost stress-free. I am so happy with the car and want to thank Kristin and Jamie especially for their excellent service.
