I had an experience where I had to park in a Handicapped spot after hours. It was stated on a sign that after a certain hour, parking in this area was not allowed. It was a couple of days after my ankle surgery and the same day as we moved into our condo. At the end of the day I was unable to barely move so I tried to contact the building manager to ask permission to park there overnight as there was no other on-site parking. I tried several times and there was no answer and his mailbox was full, not with any of my calls by the way. Having no success with this avenue I tried calling the building companies main office. They said that they weren't sure if it would be allowed but if I wanted to try it was up to my own discretion. They were nice about it but they couldn't really offer a solution. I decided to try and leave it there as my ankle left me unable to move the car. The next morning I had received a parking ticket, which was what the sign had indicated would happen. I felt that having gone through all the avenues to try and deal with it before - hand that I was going to contact the security service. My situation was genuine, I wasn't trying to get away with paying the ticket. The response that I had from Robert Slimmon, Client Care Manager, was above and beyond being kind. He showed a lot of empathy and understanding toward my situation, having gone through the same health situation as me. He surprisingly waved the ticket and told me to take care of my ankle.He was amazing and I have to share my wonderful experience with this company. I would recommend them fully because to me this shows that they are a people - oriented organization with great ethics. Thanks again Robert :)

I needed a static guard at my residence to oversee a house party, one call with only 2 days notice and I was all setup! Amazing staff great guard! The guard was very professional and super observant. If you ever need fast reliable help for security needs this is the place to be. Oh I almost forgot to mention I had the guard for 8 hours and it was super affordable!! I would deal with SPS anytime again.

We have dealt with Secure Protection to get a security guard at night for our church properties. The whole process from our first inquiry until we have the security guard at site, was so professional. They are honest and willing to cooperate to address our need. They are so timely responsive to our questions we have. Robert is a very honest person, and is supportive to address our needs as they arise, with excellent customer service skills.
