Above All Roofing

I don’t usually do reviews but here we are. Went with this company only to find out I paid several thousand more then what it should have costed, my fault for not getting another quote from a different company. Also just a straight up head ache to get them back to finish after I gave the final payment because he told me they would be done that day (which was not the case). Employees were great, owner not so much.

Clearly lacks precision, attention to detail & respect for others. 0/10 on the park job. Way to represent yourself & business

Brandon's company installed our eavestroughs in January of 2021, they did a great job and were to come back to caulk the corners and finish the leaf guard. I have called him numerous times and he called me back once to tell me this was not the way he did business, to leave a job unfinished, well apparently this is how he does business! Still leaking, still no leaf guards and no Brandon. Do yourself a favor, do not pay this company in full, as I did, until the job is finished or it will never get finished. I have been reluctant to do this review, but it is obvious this company is totally unreliable.

Called Brandon on Wednesday regarding my father in law's leaking flat roof. We've tried contacting with other companies over the last 2 years and not a one had come through for a full inspection and quote. Brandon was here the next day with 2 options and a quote and promise to complete the work this fall.We are so impressed with this company and their dedication to service.We recommend this business and Brandon Long!!

Going to be falling on a 3, was on the fence about doing a 4 but very easily could have been a 5.Our job cost was not a small chunk of change. Around $20k so expecting a level of responsiveness was, well, expected.The job itself was done well no complaints whatsoever there.Took off one star for responsiveness. For the amount of money spent. I felt ignored and overlooked before and after the final payment was made. Took a number of calls and follow ups to get the job fully completed.Took off another star for how the job was finished. Just with how the job was finished. The worker came and did what they had to do but left materials on the driveway. Not bothered by that but when the job was done. Instead of confirming that they were finished and leaving, just drove off without a word. For the cost of this job, I’d expect the company to want to speak and let the owners know that they are finished but I guess not. I think I would have kept a star on for this if the owner just knew how to communicate in a timely fashion.This could have very easily been a 5 star review if the communication was there and in a timely manner. Instead I’m falling on 3 for the reasons above.

Work was done very efficiently. Very easy to communicate with about all aspects of the job. Great experience!

Offered great warranty, but never returned to complete the job at Heritage Heights. Unfortunately, after found out others had same issue. Not saying don’t use, but would recommend to negotiate deposit as we did not hold enough back and obtain a well worded contract.

Brandon said on his very first visit, that he would never leave us hanging even after the work was done. After 6 calls for follow up questions (and we are still under warranty) his word means nothing. Not recomended.
