I have been training with Dan for 4 yrs. Starting from a serious low back injury. My recovery has been transformational. No Surgery. Today my overall body strength is well higher than 15 yrs ago and see you later back pain. My functional strength increase is noticeable in everything I do. Dan's customized approach to each client's goals are highly effective and frankly makes you feel amazing. Don't kid yourself...clients need to put the work in to get results. Great motivator and his knowledge of Health, Anatomy, Nutrition, and various training methods puts him in an elite level of value to clients. I am 53 and still highly active in sports. Definitely recommend McAdams Fitness. particularly those who are serious about their health and longevity.

I have been strength training with Dan since April 2017. I have consistently exercised through adulthood and taken good care of my health but my focus had always been on cardio. I'd never done any serious strength training. I met Dan for a consult and knew immediately that this was a level of training that I wanted to experience. The expertise and knowledge that Dan provides has made it possible for me to build strength at a point in life when most women are losing muscle and getting weaker. I have learned that building muscle is the key to combating wear and tear, and avoiding injury. At 50, I'm stronger than I ever was at 30. Dan is the greatest person I have ever met! He is so passionate and knowledgeable about fitness training and he made me feel so comfortable to start working out. I've been diagnosed with piriformis syndrome and my only options were medication and physiotherapy, which never worked. 6 months with Dan and my leg has never felt better!! I owe all my pain free days to Dan!! If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would!!

Dan has been working with my 14 yr old son for several months now, As my son goes through chemotherapy Dan has helped him get his strength, energy and confidence back.
