Arrived the same day I called (after talking to a friendly, efficient dispatcher). Chris came with the truck and was not only early, but skilled, good-natured and very informative (since I knew nothing about septic clearly ... because it's winter and it hadn't been pumped in years!). Chris pumped the tank of course, but also cleaned the filter, showed how to maintain it, and explained the cleanouts we have on the drain pipe to the septic (ours is far from the house). Total for a 1000 gallon pumpout was right in line with average rate provincially. My mate and I are both happy and grateful for Wilton ... plus now we can have a shower lol.

I never write reviews, but am really I p***** o**. If I could have given this company zero stars I would. After a few weeks and many phone calls back and forth saying that they were too busy, but contact us next week I eventually was able to receive a quote, as well as a work order, and an appointment for pumping our out our septic tank during winter. Not the ideal time, but I was prepared to pay the extra charge, because it was a bit of emergency situation. I wanted to be sure everything was ok and not have our system back up. Well I just phoned them to confirm the appointment and was bluntly told that I was out of their area and I shouldn't have even been given a quote. Huge waste of my time and very unprofessional customer relations. I wonder if this was a real septic emergency what could happen. I do hope others will have a better experience than I have just had.

These folks were the best!! They arrived super promptly and were very friendly. Set-up was quick and easy. We rented the luxury model for our wedding and the washrooms were so clean and beautiful. A lot of our guests just wanted to see the inside of the washrooms because it looked so good from the outside. Excellent company and services! Highly recommend!!

We've had nothing but great experiences with Wilton Sanitation. The staff is always very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely use them again!

Very disappointed! Called for emergency service, and they did come but they left as they got no answer at door. So we called again and was told they would not send out again because the tank was under a deck and they don’t go under decks. Said only pump if there was an opening from top over the septic access hole. Called another company and within about 20 minutes they had the issue solved.Did not appreciate the receptionist’sattitude when speaking to my sons regards the service.

Had a great experience with the man who came to do a septic pumping for us in Southgate on Tuesday morning. He was patient and knowledgeable and we will certainly be hiring you guys again! Thanks for your professionalism!

We ordered the Estate Restroom Trailer Unit for our wedding and we were very happy with the trailer. It was delivered on time and came very clean and was well maintained. Wilton Sanitation was also able to work with us to fit our tight schedule. Overall positive rental experience.

Great service and great people to deal with. Portable washrooms are new and cleaning service is excellent.

After waiting 3 weeks to have my septic cleaned, went elsewhere and received service in 1 day. Was repeatedly told they were working emergencies. Don't call unless it's an emergency.
