Infiniti Downtown Toronto Service Centre
This is the 3rd time out of 3 experiences with Infiniti Downtown that there were situations beyond their control that forced them to keep the car longer than expected. It took them 3 days to sort out simple work in this visit. The last time they lost my keys and the first time they didn't know what was wrong with the car.This situation beyond their control, is not unique to this Infiniti location as it happened in Oakville as well.Infiniti Downtown also recommended all 4 brakes being replaced, and when I took it to another mechanic they said I still have life in my front brakes.
