Lee Kevin Dr

First off DR Lee is an amazing doctor. I’m only giving 1 star because I don’t get what’s the point of them having a phone service they never answer. 1 time they had me on hold for 2 hours I had an appointment and had to wait in the car with a 7 month old we booked our appointment months in advance yet they still made me wait in the car for almost 2 hours with my baby so I decided to call while waiting in the car I go so frustrated being on hold for so long (just called to see how much longer was the wait )so I went in and stood at the reception still on hold on my phone. She now says how can I help you I’m like look at your phone you have me on hold for 2 hours and she wasn’t busy just sitting there. So they just don’t answer on purpose Beyond ridiculous!

My observation1.Administration seems to be efficient (phone calls and such)2.All staff seems to observe strict sanitary procedures3.Waited 20 past the appointed time, but this is understandable.4.Staff and doctor are all very professional5.Doctor is precise and to the point.6. Doctor is patient with my concerns.(some people might prefer a more chatty doctor.. but please don’t, other parents are waiting!)

Dr. Lee's service is really good, and thenurse sister is also very good. But today I met a new receptionist that made me very angry. I tried calling for two days and no one answered, so today I came in to see for myself, and when I met this old woman, I asked her I wanted to schedule an appointment for my child, and her attitude was arrogant and rude, saying that you have to call to schedule an appointment, even if I were to make an appointment with her face to face right now. So I stood in front of her and called her, and you can imagine how ridiculous that was. After letting that happen she purposely stalled and after I waited for her for fifteen minutes, used the phone to make a face to face appointment with me and then gave me a time almost a month later. If you can read this message, Dr. Lee, I strongly suggest that you fire such a receptionist. Such a person will affect your reputation.

I'm so glad having Dr. Lee our two kids pediatrician now more than 12 years. At this COVID time the phone is busy but if you pay attention to the message, you can reach them by email, and i can say they are responding fast.

Best pediatrician in the world.Been taking care of my kids for years and I couldn’t be happier.Some people mentioned that there are some issues of getting a hold of the clinic over the phone, this was true in the past but they have really upped their game and it is a pleasure now to deal with the administrative staff.

Truly professional team. Dr. Lee is caring and precise to the point. Never miss a diagnosis. The nurse is caring and efficient. She has the best memory and she multitask very well. The admin is very responsible and detailed orientated. They are busy for a reason so please don't complain the minimal wait time on the phone or for consult.

We are Very happy with Dr. Lee’s amazing patient care. He see’s both my children from birth. He is amazing and very friendly with kids. My Only concern is so hard to get through to make an appointment. Phones are hardly ever answered. Once you get through his staff are very amazing. They will always accommodate you same day or next day. Staff are very friendly.

To, Dr. Lee, You and your reputation are being constantly let down by your staff and office management. You just fire them and recruit responsible, efficient and personable people.AVOID this clinic. Most terrible reception/front desk I have seen so far. They never answered my calls. Dr. Kevin Lee himself is a great pediatrician and knowledgeable. But how their office is managed and staff treat the patients/parents is very very bad. I have been trying to reach them on phone everyday 6-7 times from the last 2 weeks and my call is always put on hold without even speaking a single word.

Met with Dr Lee today for the first time and was so impressed with his willingness and ability to listen and understand our concerns. He took the time to ask lots of questions to get a thorough understanding of my sons struggles and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to refer us to the appropriate resources to finally get my son the help he needs. We need for Drs like him. Thank you so much Dr Lee!

Rude and overbooks ..only cares about money. Making babies wait an hour over their appt time and then only spending 2-3 min asking basic questions.
