Terrible experience trying to buy a brand new vehicle here. This dealer put me through the ringer for nearly 2 months:- They explained to me that they had limited inventory, but would be willing to bring in a vehicle from another dealer.- After committing to a price and making a deal, they informed me I would have to pay shipping to bring the vehicle in, so I agreed.- They informed me the vehicle had mileage on it that they weren't aware of and offered a $750 discount, and then went back on the discount about 3 days later.- They then informed me I would have to pay to ship a vehicle out in exchange for the one they were bringing in, and I agreed.- After a 2 week wait, they informed me the vehicle was no longer available.The hardest $65,000 I've ever tried to spend, and an absolute circus of a dealership. I'll go elsewhere to buy my brand new vehicle.EDIT: I went to Camco Acura in Ottawa shortly after my encounter with this dealer and had my new vehicle a week later. It was a WAY better experience.

Such wonderful people working here. I bring my acura for service here every time. The hospitality is top notch. Plus I usually need a courtesy car, they always have one ready. Highly recommend.

I dealt with Sherry at Acura for my recent car purchase and the entire experience was just wonderful. Since the beginning, Sherry thoroughly explained everything and even showed me the carfax report without me asking for it. Since I recently moved to Canada, I had several queries unrelated to the auto transaction, but Sherry was always extremely kind and patient in answering all of them. He went above and beyond throughout to make it such a smooth process and a great experience for me.You can't go wrong with Sherry if you're thinking about purchasing a new vehicle. He works really hard to get you the best value for your money and goes an extra mile to bring a smile to your face as he knows that purchasing a new car can be a very emotional experience for many people. They washed my car! When I took my car in for a air bag recall, it was a beautiful 9 degree winter day and they took the time on the only warm day to wash my car. You made my day. Great service here. Great people. The next day was minus 18.

Staff weren’t helpful. I called ahead to see if a car was available and was told it was. Drove 2 hours to get there and was then told when I went in that it had been sold for days. No apology or anything, however they did offer to sell me another that was about $30,000 more than the one I went to purchase. Terrible customer service and communication both internally and to customers

This was a great experience all around. I'm in sales myself, and it was nice to deal with straight up salespeople who didn't try to play any games or pull any tricks. They offered me a competitive rate on my trade in, weren't pushy at all, and the finance guy even put in extra time to get me a great rate on the finance. I pick up the car tomorrow and I will definitely be back to this dealership when it's time to upgrade, as well as whenever family will be purchasing.Matt was a great salesperson to deal. Would recommend to anyone.

We had an issue come up with our mdx that required service so we took it to Acura Of Moncton last week. We were very pleased with the level of customer and vehicle service. Parts were in stock and everything went exceptionally smooth. Highly recommended.

AVOID IF YOU CAN!! Terrible experience when buying used car as they did not come clean on what was wrong with the car, cant say if they were dishonest or the salesman had no car experience or support from his management to find out !!

I want to share my experience of cooperation with this dealership. At the end of November 2022, I purchased a used Honda CR-V car from them from trade-in. The car was in good condition, clean, no obvious remarks, with a fresh inspection. After the first operating experience, I found out that there are vibrations when accelerating. A week later, I contacted the manager who sold me this car and told him about the problem. The next day, a service representative contacted me and set a date for the diagnosis. After 10 days, I arrived for diagnostics and after 30 minutes I took a clean and serviceable car. After updating the software, the problem went away. All work was done free of charge.I express my gratitude to the employees of the car dealership and service for the excellent support of their customers.I recommend!P.S.
