I purchased 1000 pi2 hardwood floor and tint for stairs for my new home. The sales person Crystel is very professional and courteous. She explained everything in details and taught us how to apply the tint and vernis. I’m very happy for the product and their service!

Bought some birch recently, 8/4 for $12.40 a bf . Made a cutting board and it twisted so badly I had to scrap it. So not only was the price $4 over anyone else , I believe it was also too high in humidity. Will be my last time shopping for rough lumber there.On the flip side the service is awesome.FOLLOW UP !Got a call from them today and they agreed to reimburse me in full. I'm assuming this is a one time issue since it has never happened in my prior purchases . I'm very happy that we came to an equitable solution.Thank you very much and will be back to see you soon.Guy Potier

Very nice place on south shore to get better wood for carving and sculpting, even though they don't have much carvers favorite wood like basswood, butternut or aspen, they have oak, cherry and dark walnut. It's way better than the wood selection at other generic stores like rona or reno depot. They also offer great customer service! I recommend it, especially if you don't feel like driving to Montreal for a more wood carving and sculpting specific store.

We had our stairs done in April by Bois Franc Rive-Sud. Excellent service and products. They took their time with us to answer our questions and help us select the products. (Just make sure to ask all your questions and for all the options.) Vicky did the installation of our stairs. She was very precise and professional. The stairs look amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Not client oriented at all. Salesperson was condescending on the phone and not willing to help. I was clearly told that my project was a waste of time. I know I do not have the experience of a contractor, but a good company should learn how to adapt.
