ICBC Driver Licensing

Hope any of you going there for a driving test, don't run into a examiner named Eddi. I heard that doesn't let anyone pass. Highly unprofessional person. Not sure what he expects from L drivers and why ICBC still keeping him.Other than that, all the other staff is phenomenal and go out of the way to help and assist. All other examiners that I saw were very good too. 5 stars from them all.

What a great place to get your licensing needs met!First, anyone that loves lines or waiting, you need to check this place out. The waits are steller.Second, if you love seeing people work themselves up over things, come do some people watching, so many impatient and self entitled people here.Third, the staff come in everyday and manage to still want to help, after endless imbeciles marching through.Great work everyone! I am the happy owner of a replaced license.

Great service. Nice lady, wait time was rather longer than my appointment time, but not too long. I would suggest coming at least 15 minutes earlier. It is in a big plaza, big sign though. Blue banner wrapped around.Everything is organized. I would recommend this location.

I absolutely love that they only see people with appointments after a certain time of day (see their website for current hours). It took less than ten minutes to renew my license. A far cry from the last time! The staff were also super friendly!

I went for my third road test today, and after an extremely stressful experience with my last examiner, I got Margot today and she is so amazing. I was EXTEREMELY nervous as I have pretty bad anxiety and right away I felt so comfortable. She's very laid back, explains everything and is very clear. Great sense of humor. Passed with flying colors !

Took a class 5 roadtest with Instructor Tara. She is an excellent instructor and was able to help me relieve my nervousness through the entire process. It was definitely a pleasure to take the test with her.THANK YOU TARA!! You’re awesome :)

Passed my Class 5 road test today and it was a breeze. I had a brake light out and engine service light on. Told Instructor before getting to the car; Instructor kept his cool and told me that I'm still able to take the road test. My engine light came on 5 min before I reached ICBC and I was never aware of one of my brake lights being out. Instructor's name was Ed. I highly would not recommend you bring a vehicle that does not have all lights working and/or a engine service light. After the test, Ed told me to get my car checked up and also gave me potential answers/reasons as to why my car randomly got a engine light. Chill guy, straightforward and a nice person to conversate with. You the man Ed, I appreciate it!

I arrived on Wednesdays March 08/2023 to complete my class 6 road test. The wait time was perfect because i was nervous and I was 30 minutes early. I was greeted kindly and felt welcomed. The team of Tara and Teresa made me feel safe right away and promised to help keep me safe on the road for the test. After some inspection of my bike and some final instructions we were off. The testing instructor was perfect with her instructions and timing that allowed me to focus on the task at hand. I am beyond grateful to these instructors for bringing such a sense of calm and confidence that i felt safe the entire time. I passed and am now happy to be riding freely among my other motorists on the road. Thank you once again Tara and Teresa! Great job!

I’ve been having issues with getting my BC Services card because my name is soooo long. I’ve been on and off the phone with ICBC and health insurance for a week trying to figure this out and couldn’t figure out where to finally go to get it solved because I was being told different things. I spoke to ICBC head office twice and both times, the ladies that spoke to me were lovely!I walked in this morning and they were at capacity for walk-in hours. I told the receptionist my issue and she let me come in later in the day to get this solved, thankfully!When I got there, they were still having problems with the card, so 4 ladies were assisting me and let me just say, every single one of them was SO kind and made sure I didn’t leave without getting it fixed… and they did get it done for me!I’m so incredibly grateful. I wish I got their names because of how kind they were. Especially the lady at reception for getting me to come in later in the first place!Thank you so much!

Best service I have ever received from ICBC wonderful lady named Tara saved me today by allowing me to redo my motorcycle learner's knowledge test as I was scheduled to be in class for my MSA. Bless her. There is still good people out there. Thank you so much!
