Roch problem

Just writing a review because I'm disgusted by the personal attack in one recent review regarding the superintendent that has been nothing but helpful and compliant to his duties.The claim that there's no work orders is just false! They're are easily found in the lobby! Personally, ever since this superintendent started working here they've completed all my request so I am very thankful to have this superintendent working here and many people in the building I've spoken with feel the same. Keep it up!

Cockroaches, lots of cockroaches. Slow and frightening elevators. Non-existent water pressure. Neighbours that let their children play in hallways; loudly. Back door left open so anyone can wander in.Will be moving in the fall, asap.

Horrible Building management at this site. Skender (superintendent) has absolutely no idea how maintain and manage the property efficiently. Dirty hall ways, huge roach infestation and broken elevators. You cant even make work orders because there are NEVER ANY! building needs massive overhaul and new on site management!

COCKROACHES!!! My wife and I are killing about 50 roaches a day, and it's impossible to keep up. They've gotten into our stove, fridge, everything. The kitchen cabinetry is ancient and the management refuses to replace them. The management sprays once a month but it's ineffective because the roaches have built up a tolerance. We've been doing our own spraying and using Boric powder on a weekly basis but nothing is working because the neighbours are filthy. On two occasions there have been mice in our unit. Pet owners let their dogs defecate in the common areas and don't clean up after their animals. On one occasion we even found human excrement in the stairwell. People throw leftover pizza in the hallways and the elevators. Elevators go out of service every other week, and there have been numerous entrapments. During the summertime the water is frequently shutdown from 9am-5pm for plumbing repairs. There are a lot of families with children in the building and the kids are always running up and down the halls making a lot of noise and throwing garbage everywhere. The superintendent and his wife are sweethearts but they can't keep up with the dirty people that live in this building. There is a resident drug dealer in the building and we fear for our children's safety because the backdoor is always left unlocked and shady clientele are always hanging around waiting to purchase their drugs. Some residents have been throwing beer bottles out their balcony and there is frequently broken glass below. Don't let the cheap rent fool you, it's not worth waking up in the middle of the night to find cockroaches in your bed. Grant Management is doing a poor job of maintaining the property, and is stingy when it comes to repairs. On the plus side there is a mall across the street with a Freshco, two banks, Dollarama, and a fantastic gym (Planet Fitness). Location wise it's great but believe me it's not worth the headache.

The elevator is a nightmare.Cockroaches! I am having to replace my freezer, toaster and microwave due to the disgusting bug infestation here. When I first moved in the fridge we had was filled with them too. Thank god it was replaced because the motor died.Also neighbours are dirty and loud, which doesn't help with the infestation.

Bed bugs and roaches. Property management is useless, rude and disrespectful.
