I went to fix my car 3 years ago, I made an accident and needed the original copy because I lost it. Fortunately, auto jack was very helpful and provided me with the original bill even after 3 years! I am very satisfied with their service, excellent service!Thank you auto jack you guys are the best!

update 2022: super friendly people. i can’t stress enough how this place is fantastic. completely bilingual. you can call to ask for the part or search on their website. i needed a window glass and it was in perfect condition. fair price, oh and quick as well! parking available.2020: nice people! quick service and bilingual.

Great service and reasonable prices. I needed to replace my entire engine on a Civic and they handled parts and labour at a better price than I was quoted on at other dealerships. Super friendly staff, spoke with Pat through much of the process and everything was very straightforward. And I got my car back sooner than expected. Thanks guys!

Unfortunately, the treatment and the service is very bad. I bought an engine for my car and it was installed, but after two weeks, the same old problem returned, which is the car's tremor, so I went to them and they replaced some parts in the engine. After a while, the same problem returned, then the car stopped working, so I called them and they told me we are not responsible. Plus they gave us the option of the warranty it was either 3 months or 3000km driven with the car and i clearly chose 3000km so when i came after 6 months ive only driven 2000km with my car and they still didnt accept it

I bought a part and the seller if the part was good and I was assured that yes the part was in good condition. when I arrive at the garage I am told that the part is not good. Beware it is always better to buy a new part!
