I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at this location. The owner was great to deal with. Super friendly. They took care of me right away.I can't recommend them enough. I also have to thank the guys in the shop for all their help with my flat tire. This will definitely be my tire place from now on.

I had the pleasure of working with Raj at this auto shop, and let me tell you, the guy's a total pro. From the get-go, Raj was super friendly and accommodating. I called in the afternoon for an auto safety check and he was able to accommodate me right away - no fuss, no hassle.During our chat, Raj mentioned that the check would take around 2 hours, but to my surprise, he wrapped it up in just 1.5 hours. That's what I call fast and efficient service!All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Raj and this auto shop. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations. So, if you're in need of any auto services, I highly recommend giving these guys a try. Raj and the team will take care of you!

Unfortunately I have been fleeced by this location one too many times. They seem to always find extra costs and ways to charge you more money. It is close to my home so I would complain and do nothing about it. Even if you go to them regularly they still do the same. It's a shame. Can't go back again no matter how convenient it is. Been to other locations and have not had this experience with other Actice Green and Ross stores. Wife asks why I go back. She's right I won't go again.

Service exceeded our expectation! This is our 4th time at this location, store #580 for various auto needs, Raj was honest and attentive to our auto needs. We left confident that the work was done with care. This location is simply the best! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I went here for an oil change with my dad. The staff were so nice and friendly and excellent customer service. Shout out to Tony for the amazing customer service and giving us idead when to buy and use a new rim in seasons. They save us from getting in an accident by letting us know that there were major problems with the car. A loose rod and cracked belt. Left brake lights not working and alignment problems. I did my alignment to the Canadian Tire but it was not aligned properly, they said. I would never ever trust Canadian Tire again for servicing my car, period. Totally disappointed. It's still under the 90 days warranty but when we went it there to make a claim. They said, that we won't be able to make a claim and do an alignment again for free of charge. I would recommend Active Green + Ross when ur doing an service/maintenance to your car. I would come again for the next oil change and etc.

On November 2, 2022 I took our Jeep Liberty in for and Oil Change.Invoice # 84098Work Order # 103743Service Advisor: Tiziano MarimpietriTechnician: Muhamad DonatoDuring the service to the Jeep our Oil Dip Stick was broken at the stem at Green + Ross, which was I not informed of upon return of the jeep.When I returned to Green + Ross, I was told that they would order a new one for me.I went back several times to inquire on the status of the part and was told that it was on back order, since they were ordering a OEM part from the dealer.It has now been six months and no one has called to replace the part.Be cautious when dealing with this dealer, to me they are not very honest.

I bought a set of snow tires + rims + TPSM from them. Have them installed a week before the snowstorm. Fast service, fair price, friendly staff! They did a very good job. Recommended!

Once again this business has provided excellent and trustworthy service. They only suggested needed repars and unlike a dealership did not try to pad the repairs necessary. Efficient, friendly, courteous experience. I highly recommend them as a neighborhood auto repair shop.

Took my pickup to Canadian tire and got brakes done 2 weeks ago. Came to green and Roos to get new tires as they have amazing deals. I noticed I had issues with my brakes soon after I had them done at Canadian tire. Mechanic here at green and Ross brought me to the shop and showed me the problem with brakes. Canadian tire put the pads on wrong and now I need a new brakes job. I will definitely be going to green and Ross for any other jobs I need done to my pickup. Thanks active green and Ross.
