Amazing service everytime.I come for the standard adult clean cut.My kids come for the full dye colouring. We’ve crone fire red, purple, teal, Kanata Blazers Orange. They are fabulous working with kids keeping even during the longer process to dye hair.They also do great on quick touch ups for my teens that don’t want their greasy teenage hair cut. No complains when they are done. Never too much taken off. Nice to find a great local salon that listens to kids.Been coming here for over three years now.

I have been coming to this FC for many years but am disappointed. I find it disheartening that they continually speak in another language and chat with each other the whole time. I found it to be very expensive as well. It was not a relaxing experience.

All the girls here are friends first and foremost. They treat everyone like family and it is very evident every visit that this is contagious with all of the customers who come here. This was my first time at first choice salon as i just wanted to trim my hair without any special cuts. It was friday afternoon. I just called up to see if they will take up people without appointment. When I went in, Rupi took me in for hair cut and gave me some suggestions on doing highlights. And i went ahead with highlights and it was done in most professional way and its looking beautiful. Really appreciate Rupi and her enthusiasm towards work.

Went here a few months ago and lady was very unprofessional and rude. Right off the hop was not happy that I existed in the salon. Asked me what I wanted and I said just a very small trim and a few more layers. She asked me if I wanted bangs and I said no thank you because I just grew them out. Yep…I got bangs. She was so quick at it…literally gave me a blunt cut in under 3 minutes…no shape, no flow, nothing. It was so quickly and aggressively done and was totally in shock. Then she asked if I liked it…when I started to say that I didn’t want bangs ect. she cut me off and talked over top of me basically walking to the cash to get paid. Terrible service!! Management should step in and do something especially after reading reviews like this with all the same common trend and if she was the manager…well there’s no hope for them.

Mitra is a supremely experienced hair stylist. Always happy to see me, Mitra pays attention to the details and always produces great results. I would recommend Mitra for anyone wanting a great experience.
