I ordered flowers for same day delivery for my daughter’s birthday. At first I was delighted with the quick service and flowers looked ok in the photo my daughter sent me. It wasn’t till two days later on paying her a visit, that I saw they were withering already. I expected better for the price paid. I contacted the Baytree but got no response so definitely will not be using their services again!

Very disappointed with the level of service received from this shop.Ordered a £60 bouquet on the Friday for delivery the following Monday. The flowers were actually delivered on the Saturday instead, this was not when I asked as it specifically needed to be Monday.When I telephoned to ask why, I was told it was a mistake and they don’t know why it happened, no apology. The lady who took my order initially was not helpful and did not appear interested at all, her level of customer service left a lot to be desired.This is the third time I have used this business and the last as the 2 previous orders I actually saw the bouquets that were delivered and were not of great quality or value.Needless to say, I won’t be using Bay Tree Florists again.

Have just had a photo of flower's I ordered via yourselves through interflora as a Christmas gift sent to me from my in-laws in Bromsgrove, Worcs. Flower's are lovely but no gift card or flower food with them but she guessed they were from us because we sent the same last year. Disappointed because it's a Christmas gift with no card.

Ordered flowers for mothers day and they arrived early and were beautiful. Really pleased with the service we got. Will definitely buy from them again!

The Bay Tree kindly did flowers for my mother and father's funeral recently and both times they were beautiful and very thoughtfully arranged to our wishes. We were also treated with such kindness whenever we visited the shop to write the cards and given a private room to do so so. Many thanks .

Ordered sympathy flowers for a friend at a particularly difficult time.Even though I placed my order after the deadline for delivery for the day, the very helpful staff arranged for a special delivery so that the flowers would arrive the same day, instead of the following Monday.Wonderful service and the flowers were beautiful when they arrived. Absolutely would recommend!

Excellent customer service. I have purchased flowers from The Bay Tree florist a few times, and they are always high quality. The customer service is second to none, after I was let down by another florist, I walked into The Bay Tree, during a very busy period, when most places would either turn you away, or only accept orders that had already been placed, and walked out with the exact bouquet I was looking for.That was a year ago now, and I have since placed an order over the telephone and most recently, through the website, and can still say the customer service alone is deserving of the 5 stars. After identifying a mistake in my order, I was quickly contacted via email to confirm my request, where most other businesses would have just completed the order as it was. The attention to detail is the reason I will be using The Bay Tree Florists from now on.
