Different answer about the package coming in

Terrible services!!! We shipped some live seafood to our friends from Vancouver, BC to Regina, SK on Dec 18th as a Christmas gift by using Air Canada Cargo - Cargojet. They first told me the airplane would arrive on Dec 19th at 12:30pm. We went there to pick up, but they told me due to the weight limitations, they would help us arrange the next flight to Regina, which would be arrived at 4:30pm. We kept calling them to confirm the arrival time, but no one every answer phone call after 4:30pm (They closed at 5pm). We went there to pick up, but the office closed before 5pm. We showed up on Dec 20th on 8:30am to pick up our seafood, but they told me again our live seafood was still in Vancouver. No one provided any update regarding to this new change. We finally received our seafood on Dec 20th at 2pm, but crab and other seafood were all died. This is how Air Canada Cargo treat their customers!!!

Not the happiest people.Would it hurt to help a customer out?
