Beware! The reviews are mostly fake, written by bots. There is a never ending construction due to renovation. At one point construction guys used to come into our unit 2-3 times a week. Every morning I woke up to either construction noises or the noise of a construction trash dump/container being dropped to ground, a forklift screeching every half an hour etc. It has been the worst experience I had in a building. One elevator is always occupied by construction workers, so you might have to wait a long while during construction hours to use it. Though the people working in reception and staff were always friendly and lovely, which might have been the only positive thing. Stay away from this building until the renovation is over, and then pay up for an insane premium that doesn’t make sense.

Not only is it a great building with beautiful suites but the staff is so friendly and helpful. They are a great addition to the area, with the interior designs making it one of the best places to live in Montreal.

This building has been transformed and it's an incredible icon for Montreal. The level of detail for features and finishes is amazing. The lobby looks like an expensive hotel. SO AMAZING!

This building takes convenience and luxury on to the next level. I love how close it is to everything, mainly to McGill and Peel subway station.The management has been superb all around and the new renovated units are simply breathtaking!

Oh my god! What an excellent building! The location is my favourite part! SO close to everything I need! The staff are all so friendly and kind. My favourite part of my day is passing by Steve and chatting for a bit on my way to the office. The interior is newly renovated and looks STUNNING!!! All my friends get jealous whenever they come over and see the lobby. It's like I live in a luxury hotel! Then there's the gym. Nothing but glowing reviews. Excellent equipment overlooking the city. Overall, best apartment I've ever lived in!

Run for your life. Non stop construction, intrusive management that enters your apartment without asking. The videos below talk for themselves.

Don't believe the obviously fake reviews by bots. Don't fall for the fake lobby. Only good thing in this building is the underpaid doorman/security. Don't expect peace or a cozy experience in this building. Lived in this construction hell since 2021 january. The smell, the noise, the constant noise... I didn't have heating FOR WEEKS during the coldest months of winter. Workers entering our unit non-stop.Absolutely terrible experience with management. Repeatedly breaching contract in every possible way because they know we are international students and they know we don't have the resources to pursue serious legal action. I feel exploited considering we payed a premium and was never made aware of what was to come. Can't express how much I regret renting this place. Don't stay here.

Just noticed they deleted their last google review page and created this new one. Well the last page was horribly rated with a rating below 3, and most of the good ratings were fake. I lived there for 3 years from 2016 to 2019 and it was a nightmare. They enter your room without your consent to fix things that aren't emergencies. Be ready to be woken up at 5am by construction in the building, happened to me several times while living there.Edit: I am not surprised to see that they have just done the same thing and added a bunch of fake reviews to this page to boost their stars. For your own sanity stay away from this place.
