EF Voyages Culturels

My daughter was scheduled for a tour in June 2020 and it was cancelled due to COVID-19. I paid the trip about $3,2K. Our school decided to not do any more travels overseas with EF , so I didn't accpet the voucher because my daughter is too young to travel alone and she is not compfortable to do it . So they will refund me only the standard cancelation 1,100$ and event if the trip was cancelled 4 months before . For my refund I have to wait 8 weeks to get it. Ther are doing money with our fund by geting interests from a thousand people enrolled with them.They don't care about the well being of our kids who worked hard to gain the money and pay their trip. The managers will not answered to the emails and we got anly automatic reply to call the client services , where the simple agent have to deals with frustration while managers are hidden .

Une super expérience! Le fait d'avoir un guide EF qui parle 5 langues, qui s'occupe de tout et qui connait l'histoire de chaque ville et les meilleurs spots pour manger était vraiment cool!
