We got stuck in Hinton on our way from Edmonton to Jasper when our truck fan's stopped working - it was -31C out and we had no heat! We holed up in a motel fully expecting to be there overnight, but a couple of hours in we got a call to say our truck was ready! We can't thank the guys enough for getting us on our way so quickly, and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. Thanks to them we had a great (and warm) drive through the mountains and it ended up just a minor hiccup in our weekend instead of the nightmare it could have been. Thanks guys! K&J, Vancouver

They gave me the best quote on getting my brakes done. Drove up from jasper and was in and out in under 2 hours. Very nice people, offered me some timmies and the final bill came in under the quoted price. Highly recommend!

Vara has completed professional repairs on my vehicle. Any concerns or questions I have had were explained patiently and to my understanding. Rather than expensive parts Vara found a way to repair a wiper and at no cost. Thank You

Was driving through and all my warning lights came on at once, had 5 hours left to drive. They snuck me in despite being super busy to at least get the code reader on it and tell me if it was a show stopper or not (it wasn’t thankfully). Thank you so much for being so kind!

Awesome customer service . Vara automotive's owner Rob went above and beyond to accommodate me. Rob even took my vehicle to get new tires to save me from another trip from jasper to the tire shop . I will continue to go here .

Best experience at a garage ever. The squeaky wheel got the grease, all my questions were answered in a way I could understand and they refused to take payment for their time. I will pay it forward. Great bunch of humans!
