Ordered a double Diablo burger no jalapeño slices, got a KIDS size burger slathered in spicy sauce, NO jalapeño poppers. Why order a 11 dollar plus meal when it's not even going to made right?

Just ordered four burgers. Two jalapeño double charbroil, and two California classic double charbroil. And the service was absolutely horribly slow been in the restaurant business for eight years and didn’t know you’re only supposed to make one burger at a time.

The worst experience ever.Ordered thinking it would be fast.Everyone was standing around waiting on one guy to do everything. Drive thru was backed up with 4 cars in it. The front cars time was 19+ minutes on the counter on the screen. We waited for 18 minutes in the dining room with no explanation at all. Then when we finally got the food the sandwichs were cold and there was half of a large fry. For $20 at a fast food place it should be good. It wasn't and the service was even worse than the food.

I made the mistake of coming here instead of taking the time to cross the street to Burger King. The bun was soggy, the order was not prepared correctly, and I was over charged. I see no reason to return. Now I remember why I never come here.

The food is exactly what you’d expect. The burgers are a little above average for a fast food place, but the fries are a little under (but the have fry sauce). This place is pretty run-down and a little dingy/grungy but it has a kids play place which is rare these days.

We came for the kids' indoor playground, stopping over a very long road trip with two very squirmy ornery little ones. This place was so perfect for them to play at while we grabbed food! What a lifesaver. We couldn't have been happier. This play structure goes up and up and up! It felt huge! Employee said the kid's area is open every day, closes at 8pm (March 2023).

We stopped here in the middle of a long road trip to get it and stretch our legs a bit. The playground is awesome. What a great use of speech having the majority of the playground above the seating area. With three floors there is plenty of space to get out all your wiggles. Had a great time.

Literaly everything was fresh.. ordered 2 double egg and cheese biscuits with a large hashbrowns and was simply amazing... if I am ever coming through town again... I'll make it a choice again for sure!

Despite the food being alright, my wife wasn't returned her debit card at the drive thru. We live outside of Caldwell and called multiple times to check if they have it and their phone just rings. Seeing another review from a month ago where two employees also took someone's card. We'll go ahead and assume the toothless gentleman working the window also kept my wife's card.
