I cannot express how happy I am with the work NWSG had done on my front yard. The team showed up last week as promised and finished the entire work in 2 days and on time. They were efficient, quick and well organized. They also cleaned up everything and didn’t leave any mess or trash behind. I highly recommend NWSG for their professionalism, time commitment, value for money and fantastic work that they have done.

The process was very smooth and timely from the meeting with the owner, Allen, to the final installation work. The entire crew including Abby, Matt, James and Braxton were very professional, pleasant and hard working. I am now enjoying the new lawn and don't have to worry about the maintenance work.

I looked long and hard for a company with realistic artificial turf, very happy with the outcome. Everyone is very professional and hardworking. We chose the Elite product. Our backyard has been transformed into a hard packed mud pit for 7 mos to an all season usable space. No more urine pet burns, love the finished product…I highly recommend!

James was awesome. very knowledgeable and efficient. our yard looks amazing. we couldn't even use our yard before. it was a mud pit. our two dogs love it. Tim the sales rep was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable. I was amazed how fast they completed the job. Done in less than 4 hours. NWSG installed artificial turf in my backyard recently and I could not be happier with the result. Allen attended for the estimate and provided some design recommendations that I was not aware were even possible. His team executed this perfectly shortly after I gave the approval. The crew was polite, on time, organized, and knowledgeable. I now have twice the functional space in my yard and it looks amazing.

About 3 years ago, I had used a DIFFERENT company to install my artificial turf. They were difficult to get a hold of and did marginal work. I was very frustrated.I finally found North West Synthetic Grass and the entire team was amazing!! I entered a request on the weekend expecting to hear back during the week, and Allen called me back right away. I explained the maintenance that I needed done, sent a few pictures and by Monday, arrangements for someone to come and check out the site had been made. They were able to accommodate my work travel schedule and when the guys showed up they were friendly and professional.They discovered why I was having the issues (ground heaving) and discovered moles were the cause. They were able to come up with a remedy that will hopefully fix the problem.They also fixed the mistakes that the other company (rhymes with Decision Greens) made and sorted out the mess that they left me with. My turf looks great now and I'm confident it will look like that for awhile.The whole interaction with everyone at North Western has been exceptional. I would highly recommend them for new installation or for repairs if you had a bad experience with someone else.Nothing but great things to say!Thank you Allen and your whole team.

I recently purchased some synthetic turf from the team at North Western. The exceptional service and communication made it a breeze. Allen, Andrea and the team were super easy to deal with. Not to mention the product is quality turf.
