It is one of the best places for fresh and in bulk cheeses in Hamilton. There is a huge selection and so fresh . Also, great staff very helpful . And let's not forget the lunch counter with the best soups and pizza, pasta, and tiamisso. Check out you will very pleased.

Cute store with an arrangement of cheeses, cheese products, accoutrements such as breads and pastas. Can’t wait to try the hot food bar. The dessert section didn’t disappoint either.

1st visit: I came after their hot food hours ( 11AM-3PM) they did not have much left but offered to make me a chicken cutlet sandwich and some soup. The minestrone soup was very flavourful and had a good assortment of veggies. The chicken cutlet was an unexpectedly large portion. The meat was cooked perfectly, still juicy in the middle. I loved that it was not processed meat. Very good customer service as well as quality of food.2nd visit: Came back the next day during their hot food hours. Ordered their pasta of the day (2 pasta options actually) and another juicy chicken breast on top. For only $10 it’s a Humongous portion!! Can’t beat that affordability, quality of ingredients and customer service.Will definitely be coming back for most of my work lunches for the foreseeable future. Truly amazing.3rd visit: Look at the size of that chicken cutlet, for only $4.50 and it’s real chicken breast!! The pesto pasta is delicious and full of flavour but not overpowering. $13 total…May 23rd: A bacon cheeseburger - Mac & Cheese. So delicious and cheesy. Very plentiful amount of meat per bite. Not overly salty and not oily. Very delicious Mac & Cheese. 10/10

This place is amazing! Staff are friendly, helpful.They have a hot food counter with the sweetest chef. They also have sandwiches and subs way better than any other lunch counter. The freshest cheese, if you want to try a sample they will give you one.

I miss chef Paul and the gang! Please bring back the hot table. They had the best selection of food prepared perfectly everytime and priced with the customer in mind! The fresh subs and sandwiches were also a great choice! Please come back!

Exceptionally well-priced selection of cheeses, with friendly & knowledgeable staff. Their mozzarella is some of the best I’ve ever had – try it on your next homemade pizza!

This place used to be when it was Salerno Dairy now that is changed over very disappointed as they removed ricotta with Whey, why I don't know I know they used to sell quite a bit of it I personally bought quite a bit myself as I used it as high protein for working out and natural whey protein, not garbage powder that you can buy I hope they put this product back on the Shelf even if they have to up the price

I have been to this store several times. I bought a loaf of bread, cheese buns, and one package each of medium, mild and marble cheese, lasagna, milk, butter, etc.. I bought some of their bake goods. One was carrot cake. It was very good.They also have lunch crowd, that comes in every day. It serves from 11:00am til 2:00pm.They accepted cash, credit and debit. They do have small baskets and grocery carts we can use. They do have free parking at the front of the store.The staff are very pleasant and very helpful.

Good hot food at the lunch counter but a little pricey. Kind of weird that all the products in the store are a little pricey when we are buying it right from the plant.

Excited on this visit back in March. Store not busy. Bought few items. After 1 day in fridge, cottage cheese had mold in it. Didn't realize I was sold expired product and I had already eaten a portion yesterday. The mold wasn't there when it was first opened. Threw it out due to potential botulism.
