This store is pretty crowded this time of year.The staff is friendly and so willing to help you find something in the isle if you can't find it.Follow social distance and all should be good.After you shop here there is also Pharmasave and a Dollar Store.

Very rude security officer, I am from out of town was there for veterinary visit, had my kitten confined in a back pack meant for cats, my kitten is hairless and it was winter so did not want to leave in car, had to get litter to travel home and was told by security officer that I couldn't have a rodent" in the store and he kicked me and my husband out...I was so embarrassed and upset I have never been back...shame on him"

Worst place ever, won’t even let customer using their washroom, one cashier said she don’t have the keys and told you go ask another cashier, another cashier told you they lost the keys, we bought some groceries earlier and come back for some more supplies before heading out, so I told my wife drop everything and don’t buy anything from them, terrible service, they don’t deserve my business, I just don’t believe the B/S that the whole store only have one key for the washroom. I know washrooms are for customers only, and we’re buying groceries, the only reason I can think about is that I was not carrying anything when I asked the cashier.

They have a bathroom but won't let public use it. So imagine my frustration when I go to shop with my 4 year old and find out we have to shop elsewhere because she can't make it through a shopping trip without needing to use a bathroom. Fortunately smithers has another much friendlier grocery store.

I , very commonly find the staff super helpful and welcoming . The prices are unreal. So very inexpensive. This makes all mouths in my house happy. Thanks no frills.

Decent prices for groceries but empty shelves lots of the time and items are never put in their proper spots, so the price underneath the item(s) is for something else and is wrong.

Once this store was Goodacre Super Value!Back then it was a great store!Clean, fresh produce, a deli, a bakery.Now it is a dump!Rotting fruit, fruit flies, dirty floors, limited selection of goods.Compared to (let us say) the Grande Prairie, AB, store; a total write-off!Not enough check-outs open, customers are expected to use scan and bag their own.All this will come back and bite them.Another Smithers business turned third world place!
