I’ve gone a few times since opening night, & the kinks are getting worked out & staff/kitchen are phenomenal! I think the most important thing is to be honest about any concerns you have, because the staff are very accommodating & are trying to make the space one of the best spots in Sylvan. I love the Bacon Jalapeño Mac the most of any of the dishes, although I haven’t had a bad dish yet! Recommend the green tea shot and dill pickle caesar. Crab cakes are better than ones I’ve had in restaurants geared towards fine dining. The ice cream sandwich is formidable & a bit hard to cut into smaller bites, but this sandwich hits me so hard in my nostalgia & I highly recommend it as well.

For a new place, the staff really seem to have a bead on their service and they seem really great together.The food is pretty good and the atmosphere is warm and I felt very welcome :)It's a breath of fresh air from the touristy spots on the strip and it's fairly accessible to other services like Walmart and nofrills.

This place is new, we must give a chance to work out growing pains. Jen our server was kind, funny attentive, engaging and simply honest. The chef Shane came out to ask how the food was; as a gluten allergic person I ate without suffering and it was delicious. All and all this will be 5 stars next visit, they have the tenacity, skills and service expertise. Welcome addition to our town!

Went here last night, and it was nothing short of amazing! Tried the chili maple bacon dry ribs! and wow were they tasty!! Draft was on special as well as the ribs! and was shocked how inexpensive my bill was! Great place, with good eats! Will be back!

Came for dinner with my family. Ordered the wings to start and the Fish and Chips… Waitress came back to the table 5 minutes later and asked what I wanted with my side, I said isn’t it fish and chips? So I said I’ll have fries…Wings came out with the main meal and my fish was missing the chips… Waited another 5 minutes for fries.The maple whiskey cream was Disgusting!! Tasted like a brown sweet gravy icing.Definitely still need to work on the kinks, they need more mature servers and they were out of pretty much every beer on tap.. Also the bill came without the 15% discount on it and I had to remind her.

Dilly was a great bartender and is always there to give you the best experience. The manager on duty was intertwined with every aspect of the night and even coming up and asking if everything was OK with my experience. She is really professional and wants your night to ne magical. Come here to enjoy great food and service. Thank you Anna for a Great Experience, I will be coming back soon.

Anna is an amazing bar manager and gives the best service please go see her! Then there is Dillan who is a master at his craft and is super talented. Ron the GM and Breanne as the AGM are absolutely accommodating and supportive of the staff and there knowledge in the industry is unmatched! Thank you for always taking care of myself and my friends when we are there! A great place with awesome food as well!

Visited public house for the 3rd time tonight, after 2 so so visits with great food (although super slow) we decided to try it out again tonight.After being let know 50% of their menu was unavailable which was super unexpected and had to change up most of our orders.Our food wasn’t as slow as usual only took about 30 minutes for our food to arrive. One of us ordered their mini appy special of the night which ended up being wrong (missing calamari) which she said she would put that in right away for the mistake, only to be charged for it at the end. Which costed more than the original appy combo to begin with.That being said if you plan on visiting this restaurant after this review I would for sure call ahead to see food availability as well as double check your bills when done as a kitchen mistake shouldn’t cost more than the original item.

Worst experience ever! Will never return. There were maybe 3 other tables in there and it took 30 mins to get our food only for it to be over cooked, over priced and disgusting. The waitress lacked any sort of personal skills whatsoever and when asked how things were, we told her they weren't very good, she ignored that response then tried to double bill us for an item we didn't order. My son who has celiac disease ordered the gluten free poutine and I was sure to mention he has celiac disease so please take extra precautions, when the food came out, his was NOT made gluten free and had to be remade, which took another 15 to 20 mins. We will never return here
