I have been working here for almost a month and it has been truly engaging and worthwhile. At the beginning of everyday there is a prep session to motivate us and get us in a positive mindset to start the day. It is a great motivator and often involves small activities that can also help to get to know your coworkers more. I am still new but I can see that the work I do is meaningful and that there is a lot of resources here to help; the supervisors and managers, I always have somebody I can reach out to at any level , the hierarchy is less alienating and more cooperative if anything. I am enjoying it so far.

Commendation/ Nathan and Hazim called to promote a good deal with ROGERS, two very impressive young men who were courteous, patient and Nathan was very well informed. I need to think about it as I have a logic tech remote programmed toMy tv and Zoom, will get back to ROGERS to see how to incorporate this. Otherwise I Iam definitely interested as I pay Ma Bell $285 month. And would love to pay less Excellent reps for ROGERS.
