A wonderful experience from start to finish. Love that you can request a quote online, and well as pay the deposit and full fee online. The team who quoted and came out to do the work were very nice and professional.

I used Tree Ninjas to have a large spruce removed from my front yard. Great communication from start to finish. I left for work in the morning and came home to my tree gone. There was no mess and the wood was neatly left for pickup.A few days later they came back to grind down my stump. No complaints.Good pricing, good communication and a good job done. Would recommend.

The Tree Ninja's team was amazing from start to finish. Came out for a quote the day after we sent in a request. The quote was extremely reasonable, much better priced than we expected. The removal team showed up when they said they would very professional and friendly. The removal and clean up was exceptional. They had to come back another day for stump grinding which was also done right on schedule and again exceptional work. We are The United Church in Meadowood and we shopped around, for 3 trees to be trimmed, near our building. Tree Ninjas came promptly and offered us a very fair quote on the work. Charles Wiebe, showed us his quote that had excellent details, with pictures for our Church office, and His crew, that made the work very clear. They were all courteous, professional, and thorough, from the first inspection of the work, through the office scheduling and excellent communication from their office, to our Church volunteers, and with our Church office, for the Invoicing process, and including all the on site workers, that worked safe, following proper safety training protocols, to our property clean up. The men were very well trained, as they took care of our issues, safely for themselves, and protecting all the surrounding areas of buildings and fences. I have and would recommend Tree Ninjas for whatever size of work you need, from tree trimming, to stump removal, for very fair prices. Tree Ninjas were quick to provide a quote to remove a tree in our yard. The price was very fair and I was impressed with the speed and communication in arranging for the work to proceed. Very good experience all around.

It was so easy! I requested a quote online, they came down and submitted a quote via email, all while I was at work. My tree was growing into my cable and Powerline, I approved the quote and they notified me when they were coming a few days before, the work was done so beautifully, and there was no mess. My neighbours had nothing but good things to say. 5 star job and I will recommend them to anyone that needs the same service. They truly are the Tree Ninjas.

The whole process was extremely satisfying. I was impressed by the on-site estimation, time-saving online system, professional staff, great clean work after the stump grinding. My neighbors also praised that young man who did the job of my back yard, as they followed all the requests we confirmed before the project and maintained the good conditions of lawns when the machine went through neighbors' side way.

Had my trees pruned at the front of my house and in the backyard. The guys did an awesome job. They were quick to respond to emails and texts. They were very professional, knowledgeable, nice, and easy to work with. It was a smooth process from getting a quote, pruning the trees to the payment.
