Tried to return a charger I purchased in a drill kit that didn't last three months but of course cash purchase without receipt. I was told nothing can be done. One employee helped by at least offering to come see the Milwaukee rep in April. We will see if they can help then as of now I'm out a drill as I can't charge it anymore.

We went to Home Depot in Chatham browsing for a hard top gazebo. The help we received, especially from Grace in seasonal, was above and beyond! She provided us with all the information we needed. We thought about it for a while and returned to purchase it. We couldn't ask for better service! We ended up buying another item because of her excellent customer service. The guys who loaded the 400 lb gazebo into our truck were super! Friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience with great staff! We will be shopping here regularly.

Much better store then most. Had everything we needed. It's got a pretty good layout l. Only complaint is the paint desk! Someone should be there or at least in that department at all times

Parking lit is a nightmare. Store continues to use up parking space for expanding services. One lane out of 3 open to enter from St. Clair St.

People who work there are pleasant. One old gentleman who works there helped me buy the right parts to repair my kitchen sink drain. Really helpful if you are first time DIY person.My only complaint is the prices as they are unjustified for some items. Cross check the prices with other stores

I ordered a full set of appliances for my kitchen at this location. When the delivery date was approaching, I learned that my hold on the appliances was not properly put in place, and they were no longer available for me. The staff were not proactive in fixing the issue, and I had to call several times to follow up on it. I was handed off to several different people, each of which had a different story about what the problem was and if/how/who would fix it. Ultimately, I was able to get a new order made for replacement items, but the manager refused my request to be somehow compensated for hours of my time being wasted. A very disappointing experience.

I've always had good experiences in this particular Home Depot. They have a cut shop in this store and they always cut my plywood to near exact sizes for me. A big plus for me. I only today spent nearly half hour picking out a power flush toilet and the young girl assistant (dark hair sorry forgot your nsne) answered all my questions and investigated the differences by actually looking at the product I was interested in. Usually most things are well stocked. Lumber not always but never found no stock I needed. Great store overall.

This store is often out of stock or doesn't carry items available in other cities.I just had to drive 1 hr each way to get something they have been out of stock for some 10 days. I am getting to the point of just bypassing them.They also eliminated cashiers except for the lumber door.I'm pretty much done wasting my time with them.
