Fantastic grooming services. I have been there twice now with my mini dachshund Harriet and they go above and beyond to make your pup feel safe. Very professional, super clean and friendly. Warm atmosphere for you pooch or meow meow. Lots of work space for the animals. I recommend the foxy hound for all your grooming needs.

was hoping to have my dog groomed here as I just moved to the area and needed to find somewhere friendly and somewhere I can trust. They did a good job but they are not the friendliest place. They said to me when I was leaving that I would need to set her up on a monthly schedule in order for her to be allowed to keep going. Thinking maybe I just caught someone on a bad day, I would just smile, pay, and be on my way. Since my last appointment, I got covid, work schedule changed ( I drive to coquitlam from agassiz) and so forth as life sometimes does. I attempted to book ahead for my dog to get another groom and was rudely told We told you

Melissa and her team are amazing with my dogs. They know their personality and how they react. She is such a caring gentle person. Megan grooms there and i cannot day enough about how personable this group is there. I highly recommend this business.

Melissa's 1 on 1 approach allows your valued family member to have their grooming experience tailored to their individual needs. For first time, stressed, difficult, and even seasoned pro pups she puts in the extra time to not only give them a fabulous grooming but to make sure it's also a positive experience for both pup and owner! I expect the very best for my Pom and won't be taking him anywhere else!

The most reliable dog groomers you'll ever have. They did an amazing job grooming my 2 dogs. The groomers are very friendly, and knowledgeable of what they are doing. They are very gentle, yet the quality of their work is visible. They definitely go the extra mile to bring out the best on each pooches.

My pup looked amazing when we picked her! She was very relaxed on the couch in the back too. I love that you can see the dogs being washed dried and groomed. You don’t feel like they are hiding anything. I will definitely be coming back regularly and recommending The Foxy Hound to all dog owners!!!!

Very disappointed that they charged me $80.00 for only a partial shave of my cat, they claimed she wanted to bite them,(most cats would be mad, wouldn't they?) and you'd think as 'professional groomers' they would know how to muzzle a cat properly to complete the grooming. Sadly, after a year of searching, there is no one in Chilliwack who knows how to groom a cat.

Best Groomers in town (and ever from my experience)! 10/10 The staff build a relationship with our pets and know their names and preferences. They provide an excellence service and a very affordable price. We have a pug who gets very upset when her nails are trimmed - Foxy Hounds is very attentive to our pugs needs and will give them a break to calm down when needed and doesn't try to rush. Very professional.

First appointment was honestly good job. When I called in for second appointment they said they couldn’t take my dog because he is missing the schedule for there regular session. I was happy for the first appointment but disappointed with there schedule restriction. They said I have to bring the dog every 3 months otherwise they wouldn’t take him in the second time which I never heard in other grooming salons.
