Terrible service, takes over 3 weeks for them to fix their mistake and take care of it. They keep putting me on hold and won’t return a call. Now have to wait another week for my lenses that they did wrong. Ask to talk to Mr. Lukenchuk and they tell me he is busy and does not take calls. They refund a 100 dollars then are charging me 180. This place is going downhill with such terrible customer service.

Every aspect of my shopping experience was excellent. I purchased eyeglasses and contact lenses.I picked a generic brand lens instead of the Zeiss lens and after wearing them I wished I would have chosen the Zeiss lens. I called them and they said No problem. We will swap them out".So many places push back when you aren't fully satisfied. I was expecting a fight about this. I was expecting "Final sale" or "Nothing we can do once you buy them". I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing the customer service is here.They also made sure that if I wasn't 100% happy with my contacts brand and power

Framed Optometry is an amazing clinic! Their optometrists, Dr. Sharma and Dr. Lukenchuk, are both very knowledgeable and caring. They are excellent with adults and children alike, making everyone feel comfortable and confident in their care. They catch problems that others have missed. Their product selection for glasses, sunglasses, contacts, and eye care supplies is excellent. Their support staff are all very efficient and friendly. I love the online booking option!

Poonam Sharma is really great!! She deeply examines your eye, they have really advanced technology which i had never seen before. She does really care for her patients!

Dr Sharma and her team provided an amazing experience from start to finish. She was phenomenal with my 3 year old and made her feel so comfortable with her kind words and fun approach. They have also been fabulous with two of our eye emergencies by seeing us immediately and providing effective treatment options. I recommend Framed Optometry to everyone I know!

Dr. Sharma is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She is also wonderful with kids. The staff are great, and always help you find the perfect frames. They have an amazing selection of frames and sunglasses, its hard to choose just one pair! Highly recommended.

Dr Sharma is simply an outstanding professional. She has excellent clinical expertise and is highly knowledgeable with a friendly caring manner. Every patient comes first. From the moment you walk into Dr Sharma’s Clinic you know you are in the best of hands. They truly go above and beyond for their patients. Beautiful environment. The staff are helpful from the moment you walk in and throughout. Best and large selection of designer, classy frames in Saskatoon. Beyond grateful for their amazing service.
